Went for my periodic cleaning last week. Diana is excellent. She has a wonderful, gentle, and confident touch. Very thorough and takes the time to explain what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable. This was the first time I had my teeth cleaned while watching TV.

Stand out practice! Scheduling is easy and convenient. Reminders are helpful and appreciated. Staff from check-in to hygienist to dentist all very friendly, engaging, and professional. Do their best to make the visit comfortable - modern tools/equipment, tv, blanket, neck pillow, lip balm... Great office.

Dr. Tomasik is a kind, caring dentist. He runs a solid practice. The office is clean and logistically efficient. I also like that they give me new brush heads for my e-toothbrush.

Very nice staff, but they're starting to experience some significant growing pains. I'm an existing orthodontics patient who needed to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency. The next available is a month out. The appointment, assuming it runs on time, is literally 10 minutes for me to pick up my trays but now I'm being told that I should "just continue to wear the tray you have. You're really just prolonging the process."
I asked if I could just pick up my next tray to keep things moving in the interim - it's worth noting I've already paid for treatment in total - and was told no.
It's a disappointing customer experience. I would have concerns about my ability to work with this practice long term.

I was visiting Lakeway from San Antonio and went in for an impromptu annual checkup. I saw Dr. Clor and I'm really glad that I did. He fully explained each procedure he performed on me and consistently asked about my comfort. I traditionally really dislike going to the dentist, but he made me feel comfortable and calm. He filled a cavity the same day and I didn't even feel the shot. I'll definitely be going back to Dr. Clor--definitely worth the drive!

My son has a severe gag reflex so needing fillings on a couple molars was a cause for concern. Thankfully, Dr Tomasik is wonderful and has my son at ease, fillings completed, teeth sealed, and he even said that it was kind of fun. Can’t ask for more.

The entire staff from the receptionists to the doctors are fantastic! I felt welcomed and at home. The office is beautiful, and free of the typical uncomfortable dentist office feel. I would recommend Tomasik Family Dental to anyone!
