Complete Dental Studio

This dental office is really clean and beautiful! Staff at the front is nice, the dental assistant can’t remember his name, a nice young gentleman was AMAZING! The doctor was amazing!! BUT my reason for 3 stars.. I went in and planned to return the following week. I suddenly got very sick, discovered I’m expecting and reached to the office manager who I have been in contact with to let her know I’m expecting and will get with my doctor to make sure it would be safe to proceed with the dental work we discussed I would return for. I never got a response from Julia, but fine whatever, but then I needed a recipe from first visit, again reached out to Julia, no response! To me that is so unprofessional and makes me not want to return at all. A congrats and we hope to see you soon would be nice, and fine if you don’t want to be nice and congratulate, it’s not necessary but can go a long way, but at least send me my receipt from a service I paid for. I was finally able to get it from someone at the front desk, but thanks to Julia I won’t be returning and have found a new dentist to take care of me. Thanks!

From making appointments, cleanliness of facility, and courteous of staff are second to none. Very professional, personable and they show genuine concern on your issues. Julia, thank you for working with me on my time for appointments and all your reminders, Dr. Alghadban, I hate going to a dental office, your professionalism, knowledge and your genuine concern has made it easy for me, and Dr. Castillo, thank you. And to all the technicians, thank you so much.

This was second visit to Complete Dental, but first dental work to be done in quite a few years and having several fillings done in one visit . . . was very nervous. Dr Ibrahim did a great job. He & the staff were all very kind and patient with me. They did all they could to make sure I was comfortable. More work to be done, but I won’t be as nervous because I know what to expect.

Outstanding experience from start to finish at Complete Dental Studio. The staff was flexible and accommodating with scheduling an appointment, my dental problems were addressed immediately and any reservations or concerns that I had in regards to my treatment were acknowledged and had positive reinforcement. My smile has never been brighter, thank you Complete Dental Studio!

I went in with tooth pain from wisdom teeth and they were so helpful! They were extremely gentle throughout the entire process from the xrays to the checking.
Not going to lie but the dentist has always scared me but this office made me actually excited for my next appointment.

My husband and I had a great experience with Complete Dental Studio. Their x-rays and exams were very thorough. The dentist, Dr. Ibrahim, took his time with the both of us. Everyone at the office introduced themselves and made us feel comfortable!

Dr. Al recently extracted my daughter’s wisdom teeth ( all 4) must say he’s the best HANDS DOWN !!!
I wish I knew him when I needed mine to be extracted !!
So efficiently and neatly done!!
If there were more stars I would’ve definitely gave him the max!!
Not to mention the neat and clean office and friendly staff ;))
Will refer all my friends and family there!!

The place is always clean and neat,they have the great advanced technology to be more pressize on your diagnostics that you require.
Dentist are very professional and prepared to give you the best dental service that you need ,they spend qqualityof time with the patient to help with all their questions or details about you dental services.
Overall ,I highly recommended their services.
