I waited to be seen for 3 hours and ended up canceling my appointment because it was taking way too long. I was not called back at all for those 3 hours and when I talked to them, they asked me if i wanted to reschedule. Really? I don’t have all day and I’m also from Lubbock. Going to the dentist should not take all day and I should not have to reschedule when I already had an appointment set up. They need to stop scheduling so many appointments at once or hire more staff members. It’s completely ridiculous to spend so long at a dentist and not even be seen. It’s also very dirty inside. All of the chairs in the waiting room are filthy and stained and the bathroom was not taken care of. If I could give no stars I would.
