I've always had a good experience but I don't know if it is new staff or they were just having a bad or off day but ugh. Today was a horrible experience.
I got there early and they forgot to check my son in. When I went to ask how much longer I was ignored and finally since I stood there waiting I got an answer.
Then when I finally get seen one of the employees rudely comes to tell me the reason they didn't check me in is because I hadn't filled out paper work texted to me.
Mind you I was just receiving the text as she was telling me. I had been there for 1 hr and was never sent info.
I have been going her for about 3 yrs and this was the first and hopefully only bad experience I have.
Before today I had nothing but good things to say about this place.
The Dr was great and all but the rudeness from the staff left me wanting to change to another dentist.
