I had a dentist appointment today because I needed a cleaning and I had chipped my tooth 🦷, I was very nervous because my insurance had not yet kicked in… when I arrived I was greeted by amazing and kind front staff who explained all of the forms and all of the dental assistants and providers were beyond friendly and welcoming and it was an overall great experience and I was provided more information on how my teeth work and the impact of a chipped tooth. I can say that today’s visit exceeded customer service expectations and excelled in making myself feel comfortable and wanting to come back for my follow up appointment. Thank you 😊

From beginning to end, outside to inside, and waiting area to back rooms it was clean with friendly staff. The doctor was awesome and friendly but still kept it real and honest when it was time to be serious. Overall great experience when my insurance is back up I definitely will not be going anywhere else.

I love the place. The people there are really respectful and nice. They make sure you feel calm and understand why your there in the first place. They were really quick to the point and I was in and out in about an hour. Also one dental assistant named David. He was really nice and respectful. He made good jokes but when it was time to work, he become very professional. Love the place and would come back again!!!!

I have come here myself and was always happy about going to the dentist even though I have never liked it. But when I had my son I picked this dentistry for the same reason of already knowing the staff. They are always great and Dr. Lam is awesome super happy he is doing his practice at Doniphan family dental!!! Super understanding and makes you feel welcomed and explains everything in detail. I'm super picky about things like this when it comes to my child's health. And I always like to leave reviews my self and or read them when it comes to choosing a place. :) :)
