Was the first time to Dr Gonzalez, was an emergency. Was greeted by such friendly people! The whole process was much better than i had thought it would be. Dr Gonzalez is great too. Highly recommend.

Don't go to this place!!!! If your insurance go's out in the middle of a procedure you will be left as is. For example, I had a root canal done and before I could even get the crown, I was laid off from work and left with no insurance so they refused to continue unless I payed for it first ...They wanted all these payments completed before they continued. Months later and I still have a half root canal that I belive is still infected BTW. And worst of all, I was just diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism and now I have to be on blood thinners so I can't just pull it nor do I have the funds to complete the procedure now that I am on lovenox shots that I have to pay over $100 for. Each one! And I need 2 a day. Thank you Gonzalez dentistry..Thank you for nothing! Making me go through a root canal that took almost 3 uncomfortable hours and you didn't even finish the job or give me a possible way to get it done. And also thank you for rushing in eventhough the infection was not even clear. If this tooth gets infected within the 6months I have to be on blood thinners I will probably end up in the hospital again since I can't mix any other medications while on Lovenox...

Another Poor Service in Corpus Christi Business.
Very unprofessional! The front desk lady (big girl with black hair) never smiled once to anyone, she wouldn't even look you in the eyes. When she noticed I did not sign the privacy policy acceptance page, I told her that she had not provided it yet. She got upset and started arguing with me. When I said that this service is bad she didn't care, I asked for all my papers and I left wasting two hours of my day on such a unprofessional place!
