They are all very kind and friendly here. Dr. Q is very good and acknowledged and took care of any issues I had after my extractions. He helped boost my confidence and helped me smile again. Thank you so much and God bless you.

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment until the minute I was treated with respect and care. I had a cavity filled and I felt no pain, which is rare for me. Thank you Dr. Q, Michael and that angel at the front desk. ❤️

My wisdom tooth broke on the Sunday before Memorial Day. The pain was more than I can put into words. I went online and searched for a miracle... I left voicemails and emails, then gave up. I came to the understanding that I was just going to be in pain and I would have to deal with the massive infection until I could make an appointment. Then, my phone rang. I am convinced that this family was sent to me by God. They opened their office just for me. They addressed the infection and performed the surgery that I so desperately needed. I also feel that’s it’s important to add that I experienced very little pain after the extraction. I can’t say thank you enough to these angels of mercy.

Oh my goodness if i could give 100 stars i would! He is a good example that not all heros wear capes! When i was pregnant with my son my 4 bottom front teeth started to decay at a rapid pace. I was very shamed. Havent been to the dentist in years. A friend of mine referred me. He is so pleasant and sweet. I recieved 4 extractions that i did not feel at all!! I was shocked at how fast the procedure took. And I also recieved a partial denture. And nobody could tell that i have a partial.I cried in the chair because i could smile again and have confidence without thinking people looking at my mouth. Would definitely recommend him to anybody. He is very reasonable. Thank you Mr Quincy you are a angel in disguise

It was my first time here & it was a very emotional time for me I had just been in a car accident and when I tell you his staff is AMAZINGGGG I mean that I felt at home with them. I’m not good with needles and guess what the amazing staff did helped me get through it. The Dr is nothing short of fantastic himself.

Dr Attipoe made us feel home, he took time to explain to us what the problem was and how to step by step fix the issues. We got the 1st part done, it went well. Since we are under treatment I can only tell about the 1st visit, we will keep you updated..

I have had the worst experience with dental visits at this office. I have been trying for DAYS to get a copy of a receipt to submit to my insurance flexible spending for verification and they REFUSE to give me a copy of the receipt. I never even got a receipt the day of services!! No one answers the phone either.
Furthermore, they told me they accepted my insurance and that I was covered before performing a procedure. Later, I got a bill in the mail stating they didn’t accept my insurance and I owe them $500. I would have waited and found a dentist who accepted my insurance. Completely horrible business practices.

EDIT 5/25/17: So after the below experience occured, the clinic decided to attempt to file as if I had the services rendered. My complaint below details, of course, that I did not. Otherwise known as fraud. Insurance had an impossible time getting the office manager on the phone, and I was forced to drive up one evening to finalt hand someone my cell phone with insurance on it. I don't know why they'd attempt to do this when they had no paperwork fron my OBGYN on file, nor did I sign any treatment plan or agreement to payment. I was forced to proceed with formal complaints to the Texas Department of Insurance and the Federal Department of Health and Human Services. All this because they lack communication amongst each other within the clinic and they wanted to make a quick buck over focusing on the patient experience. BEWARE of this clinic (and i use the term clinic lightly...)
I wish I could write a more positive review as the dentist seemed kind and knowledgable himself, but unfortunately the incompetency of the staff soured my experience. From the moment I walked in I wasn't greeted or prompted for identification. After "checking in" and asked to sit down, I was then asked again if I indeed had a scheduled appointment. Maybe systems were down? I was called back fairly quickly, but noticed my hygienist went to begin my cleaning and I realized I hadnt filled out ANY paperwork despite being a new patient. I was an oral surgeons assistant for 3 years so this was particularly alarming. Even more so because I am pregnant. Then began the long wait as they moved on to the next patient because I was not given paperwork up front and had to fill out my chart in the op room (I showed up on time to the appointment as well). After an hour I decided to leave as I had another appointment to go to and knew it'd be another hour before the cleaning/exam actually concluded. Overall there was a severe disconnect in the staff's communication.. To bring a patient back and not notice you don't have any chart for them with medical history, updated xrays, etc, is to me - coming from the field - a detrimental lack of competency.
