I had a great experience at Smile Zone on Bryan Street. As soon as I entered, I was given a lot of attention and the staff took care of me right away. Although they had appointments, they took care of me in a timely manner. Throughout my visit, I was informed of the procedures and their process to have a clear understanding of what to expect. The staff was friendly and socialized with me which made my visit very comfortable. I will definitely go back and recommend their service to my family.

Been coming to this office about 2 years. They have got my teeth looking great. I have gotten fillings crowns and cleanings. The staff is always so nice and patient with everyone. If i have to cancel they make a mew appointment right away.

These people are always attentive and courteous, and everybody is very cognizant of my needs. I had some difficult extractions, and I was contacted by phone to follow up on how I was feeling. My comfort is top priority for the entire staff. I was even driven home when my transportation service was unavailable.

The care patients receive here is excellent, regardless of age or individual needs, and they work with your insurance provider.

I just got impressions for new dentures, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the way all the staff treats me.

There couldn't be a more helpful staff in any dentist office anywhere. I am so delighted with the care and consideration I received at Smile Zone. I was facing a real dilemma and they worked with me to achieve a perfect solution. I am so happy!
The dentist, Dr. Hansen, was a real pro... knowledgeable, and very personable, as well. He always made time to talk to me and he explained every detail of the procedure to my satisfaction. I sensed that the Dental Assistant was very capable, as well. They made me feel very confident of success with my tooth problem. I felt very comfortable (except for the needle!) and well taken care of at all times.
The billing was clearly explained, and the staff were very helpful with the process. I am very pleased with the final result. I recommend Smile Zone to everyone.

I really have had a very positive experience with Smile Zone, my children have been seen here for several years now and I recently started being seen myself, very friendly and super professional, caring staff, they run really great specials so whatever your insurance may not cover can be made totally affordable, also there are payment plans.
I see myself definitely continuing to bring myself and my kids here for our dental needs, we're very satisfied.

Great office and great team! Jessica goes above and beyond to make sure everyone treated well. She made sure I was comfortable while getting a root canal. She even sat in the room with me. I recommend this Dental office to everyone and their family. They have the best prices that fit your budget.

Ive been going here for my braces since 2016, I was told I would have my braces for 18 months. The quoted total for my braces was very affordable and the front desk and everyone is always so nice!! They always worked with me when I needed time to pay for my payments and even watched my son for me as I was getting worked on! The only reason I give 3 stars is because my braces never felt tight, every time I would go my gaps never closed. I would ask Dr.Lee over and over again if she could please close my gaps but it never seemed to be a concern for her. Btw I shouldn’t have even had my braces for so long. I even paid everything off and was STILL going. When it got closer for me to get braces off she had told me my top teeth were on the last wire and I didn’t need to change the wire anymore, it was just my bottom teeth that needed the last wire, with that being said I would have my braces for another 4-5 months. I was super unhappy because I thought I was closer to getting them off. When I had told them I wanted them removed they had took off the top and I still had a big huge gap. BUT she had already told me the top was already fine, I’ve had the chain on my top teeth for a year or maybe longer and I had the same wire! The gaps on my top teeth should’ve already been closed! She had no concern in anything she had told me and pretty much rushed me to leave. I am not happy with the gap. I’m glad I got them off because I’m so tired of having to go and say the same thing over and over again and not be satisfied! I’d rather have had the guy doctor, that was the only time I ever felt my teeth shifting closer closer was when he did it, I would ask him to and he did just what I asked and they actually looked super good and the gaps were closed the ONE TIME he did it!! But I couldn’t have him as an Ortho because we had different schedules. I really wish I could talk to someone and explain to them my issue and maybe I would get some kind of empathy because I got none from her at all!

I took my 3 year old here for the first time today. It was a great experience. Dr. Hanson and Sarah were awesome with him. They helped to keep him calm and entertained throughout the entire visit.

Dr.Hasen is the greatest dentist ever. Kind, caring and determined to treat his patients as his own. Don’t let his size fool you. Very down to earth dentist. Definitely recommend. Kudos to my Dentist!!

The Dentist needs to fire the heavy set person at the front desk. Very unprofessional and rude. Plus they said only one person allowed in the back with patient. While I sit in the lobby a woman and her husband got up with her 4 kids and walked to the back. Preferential treatment much?
