I always feel like I am being well taken care of by Dr Sergie and Erica. They are thorough in my dental care and take the time to answer my questions with good explanations. They are also fun!

I can only say positive things about my experience with Dr. Sergie and the InFocus Dentistry team! I had to get an implant and they have been super accommodating with the whole process.

I went in in bad shape, and Dr. Sergie had a plan from the get go. I'm still in the process of gettin fixed, and am glad I chose this doctor. This is the best dentist in Dallas. He seems to put emphasis on patient comfort, and it is appreciated. 5/5 Dr Sergie.

If I could give a negative star I would. This guy is a CROOK!!! I used to visit Dr Ortiz and unfortunately she stopped her practice. I was transferred to Sergie, unbeknownst to me, after I was contacted for my followup appointment. Don't get me wrong, he's a nice guy, but charges an extra $300 for the same service. CLEANING, X-RAYS AND EXAM.

My appointment was scheduled in May 2016 and it's now Nov 1st and Front Desk is texting me letting me know of the outstanding balance on the account. Thanks for the incompetence. I will be sure to never get near this office again!

Multiple extraction here last week. This place is thorough. From the front desk to the hygenist, to the dentist: everything is explained to you, they've anticipated all your needs, they're flexible with payments.... A really good experience.

Healthcare Bluebook shows an adult dental cleaning in the area of In Focus dental to be $74.00. Dr. Sergie charges $175.00. This is price gouging. Like other reviews, the practice is a big "upsell". My husband went in for a teeth cleaning: A periodontal cleaning was performed without his knowledge or consent, and then he was charged $225. We will not be participating in the future in this practice.

Dr. Sergie is the most detailed and thorough dentist I have ever been to. By far my best experience in dentistry. He also does not try to coerce you into a specific treatment plan but rather educates you on what is going on in regards to your dental health and shares your options. I highly recommend infocus to anyone in the metroplex.

I have several positive experiences for which I can reflect on - Dr. Sergie is the first DDS whom has gone beyond the standard "cavity routine/check". He brought to my attention a few physical characteristics of my teeth which are attributed to teeth grinding, bite, etc. - essentially symptoms which require attention to their root cause.
Through his proactive monitoring during each visit, we were able to rectify these root causes which would lead to poor gum and health in the long term.
End result - we addressed the root cause of the teeth grinding, and superficially added bonded caps to my teeth which had been eroded over years of grinding. While I was never particularly ashamed of my smile before, now I smile proudly knowing that physically, my teeth are even and aligned, but also internally, with the confidence that the proactive measures performed by Dr. Sergie will enable me to sustain a healthy mouth.

Please understand that a healthy mouth is a direct reflection of your body's overall health.

Dr. Sergie's team is very nice... however, I will not be returning to In Focus Dental. When I walked in, I could hear Dr. Sergie asking another patient questions and I have to say, it sounded like a sales pitch. He was probing for issues, but not like most Dr.s do. Like he was looking for issues where there weren't any. He would ask "Do you have trouble sleeping" and if the patient said yes, he wouldn't ask what they thought was causing it. He would go straight to teeth gridding and if you are gridding you teeth, he should be able to see that during the examination. It just sounded off. When he finally got to me, he pulled the same thing. He wanted to do over $3k worth of work in the next 6 weeks that he admitted was not urgent. Why do you want to pull teeth that are not in any way causing issue? Why are you throwing my orthodontist under the bus?? Why are you tell me that I need a specialist when there has been not change in that area for 20 years. He didn't examine me himself, so I don't know how he can determine exactly what a patient needs without looking in their mouth, but maybe X-rays are good enough for some people. Once he explained to me that I needed all this work, he left and said that someone would be right with me. I waited for 20 minutes before going to look for someone and then another 20 minutes before someone actually showed up. She took my appt, that I later found out she wrote down for the wrong date... I wouldn't have known this was her mistake as opposed to mine, except the appointment was "scheduled" right in the middle of my honeymoon, which I would not have done and they would have charged me the no show fee. They were also supposed to send me home with a water pick, which they forgot about.
