Dr. Brownlee is the best! It is obvious how much he loves his job. Him and his staff do everything possible to make you as comfortable as you can possibly be. I had a cap put on yesterday. It only took an hour. I did not feel anything. They make scary things look and feel easy!

While I do maintain twice a year cleanings I avoid the dentist as often as possible. I have a great fear of dental work. However, this has changed. I found a dentist that not only strives to create an atmosphere of calmness in his office but takes the time to explain procedures, mention alternatives and shares his knowledge in an easy to understand fashion. He possesses a superior level of sophistication and maintains a gentle passion and approach to dentistry. Additionally, he seems to lead by example, his office staff is well trained and the importance of proper customer service and the value of return in treating a patient with respect were paramount when dealing with me.

NOOOO. No, do NOT come to this dentist. He was lovely on my consultation visit - we worked up a cavity/crown procedure. Came in on the day and was treated rudely by his staff for reasons that we couldn't figure out, and then when I was in the chair was told that we were doing completely different work. I objected and was given complete attitude, and now they're attempting to keep our security deposit for work they did not do. I feel that the practice might not be doing so well, which is why they tried to soak us for larger procedure than initially agreed. Your experience will vary, but please do your research on these people.

Dr Brownlee did a truly wonderful and amazing job for me. He and his staff came in to the office the evening before thanksgiving at 6:30PM to attend to an emergency. I can't thank Dr Brownlee and his assistants enough they did a superior job!
