MY DAUGHTER WENT IN FOR A CAVITY & AN HOUR & A HALF AFTER WE STARTED, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A FILLING DONE, BUT WERE UNABLE TO EXTRACT THE OTHER TOOTH. I AM BEYOND UPSET/DISPLEASED WITH THE BEDSIDE MANNERS THAT THE DOCTOR & HIS ASSISTANT HAD—[SHE DIDN’T SAY A SINGLE WORD OR OFFER MY DAUGHTER ANY COMFORT DURING THE WHOLE ORDEAL]. THEY THREW THEIR GLOVES OFF & WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM AT LEAST THREE TIMES BECAUSE SHE WAS CRYING/SCREAMING & AFRAID OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. I UNDERSTAND THAT A CHILD SCREAMING IS THE LAST THING YOU WANT THE OTHER PATIENTS TO HEAR, BUT THEY KNEW SHE WAS FIVE YEARS OLD BEFORE WE CAME IN AS THIS IS WHERE WE HAD HER ORIGINAL X-RAYS DONE & IF THEY DIDN’T THINK THEY COULD GET THE JOB COMPLETED WITH A CHILD CRYING, THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN US ON AS A CLIENT. DOCTOR ROCLOVICH SAID MULTIPLE TOMES DURING OUR VISIT THAT HE DIDN’T FEEL COMFORTABLE MOVING FORWARD WHILE SHE WAS CRYING...SHE’S FIVE, SHE’S GOING TO CRY WHEN LOUD TOOLS ARE NEAR HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH THE ORIGINAL PEDIATRIC ORTHODONTIST INSTEAD OF GOING TO @LAKEWOOD_FAMILYDENTAL BECAUSE NOW SHE WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS AGAIN TO GET THE JOB DONE. WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS OFFICE FOR ANY FUTURE DENTAL WORK/CLEANINGS.
