Finding a new dentist was a big deal for me, I had a couple bad experiences with dentists. I knew I needed work and drove by Dental Method and was impressed by the reviews people left for them, and after my first couple appointments with them, I understand why. I mentioned having a bit of anxiety during my first appointment and the staff and Dr Reddy were extremely accommodating. Dr Reddy came in to meet with me and explain what I could expect from the appointment before we even began with X-rays. Susan my hygienist was very patient with me, explaining every process step of the way, and constantly checking to ensure I didn’t feel pain which really helped me feel at ease. Lindsay was awesome, helping me work through the insurance for my necessary treatments.
Best of all, I had 4 teeth extractions in my second appointment with Dr Reddy and not only did the staff continue to be great with me, the process was painless. For wisdom teeth extractions I expected a degree of swelling and pain which I only felt on a really minimal scale.

Why do I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Countryman and his staff? It’s simple. Dr. Countryman is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. His ability to incorporate knowledge and professionalism, while providing a personal touch into each visit, is above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s clear that he provides not only an amazing experience for his patients, but an amazing work environment for his staff as well. As soon as you step foot into his Dallas office, you’re greeted by one of the sweetest, most amazing office managers in the dental industry, Lindsay. From setting appointments, to billing, Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Any questions I have outside of my visits are answered quickly, and accurately. Susan, one of the Dental Hygienists, is amazing as well. Her level of detail, as well as her knowledge and professionalism, are second to none. She, of course, is able to accomplish all of this while providing a personal touch. Lourdes and Vanessa, two of the Dental Assistants, are of course no different. They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional, and provide a personal touch, which always allows for a pleasant visit. The office itself is not only extremely clean and comfortable, but offers the most technologically advanced dental equipment in the industry, which I can appreciate (working for a technology company). If you’re browsing Google for a new dentist, and are looking for the best, look no further. The Dental Method should be your go-to for all of your dental needs.

Let me start off with, I love going to the dentist. This was the most enjoyable visit to a dental office I have ever experienced.

2. Professional and well versed staff and doctors (I was treated today by Dr. Reddy).
3. Time managed -my appointment started on time, and there weren't any frivolous delays.

Although I have no hesitations with visiting the dentist, I strongly believe the staff and office would be greatly comforting to those who do have anxiety about dental work. This was my first visit (x-rays, routine cleaning), but I plan to return for some minor dental work and whitening within the next week. Positively my new dental office. Highly recommended!

A year ago, I chose The Dental Method as my Dental Provider upon moving to Dallas, TX from Little Rock, AR. It has turned out to be the best decision that I’ve made since moving here. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I haven’t even had any procedures yet! I was greeted by Lindsay at the front desk, who had the biggest smile and such a warm personality. I was then taken back for x-rays and I for one have a very difficult time taking them. Vanessa and the staff were so very kind and patient with me, ensuring that I got the appropriate images taken. Dr. Reddy was very knowledgeable and really broke down my dental plan. Needless to say, I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist office and I highly recommend!

I have great confidence that my dental needs and health are in the best of hands with West Lovers Dental. My dental health is very important to me and West Lovers Dental has provided the best care I have ever experienced. The clinic offers the very latest in dental care, technology and products. Very professional, lots of fun, and open late to accommodate my work schedule. I was provided with a headset and listened to Claire De Lune while having my teeth cleaned. Now, how cool is that!

I highly recommend West Lovers Dental. Additionally, the clinic has a room with electronic games for the kids. So while Mom and Dad have their dental work performed, the children are entertained.

I hate going to the dentist. I've hated it since I was a kid but now I don't! This place has completely changed my perspective. The staff was extremely friendly and my appointment was exactly when I scheduled it. I didn't have to wait after getting there like I usually do at a lot of other places. The dentist was such a professional and very kind. I'm not one to enjoy dental tools poking around in my mouth but he kept me occupied with small talk and it was over before I knew it. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great experience at the dentist. Trust me, you won't ever want to go anywhere else after you've been here!
