From the moment you walk in the front door, this is the place you want to be for all your dental needs.
I had made an online appointment for a cleaning when moments later I had a minor dental emergency. I called the front desk and they not only got me in quickly, they told me they had had a cancellation and could do my cleaning at the same time. Wow! Couldn’t get better than that! And then it did.
I had my cleaning with Alex, the new kid on the block, and had never had such a good experience with a hygienist. She took my nightmare (anything having to do with teeth) and turned it into a laugh til your sides hurt good time complete with sticky notes and an extra toothpaste.
And then Dr Hardcastle swooped in. *swoon* He sat down attentively, walked me through my options, and reattached my permanent retainer like the pro he is. He then inspected my every tooth, told me what I needed now and what could wait, and then with a smile left me wanting more. It’s rare that you meet your arch nemesis and are looking forward to your next visit.

Today was my first time visiting the office, and I must say I was very impressed with how kind and generous everyone was. They made me feel very welcome. Having my teeth planed at village dental care was an experience That I thoroughly enjoyed. I realize this isn't the sort of thing most people have to say about dental planing- I myself have had horrific experiences in the past- they even used a non invasive gel numbing agent in lieu of needles and novicane. Coupled with nitrous oxide, and great musical selections, the hours I spent in the chair were relaxed and anything but anxious.
