Village Dental Care

Been looking for a new dentist for awhile since my dentist of 40 years passed away. Found my replacement, great first visit. Brenda, Andrea, Ashley, my hygienist(forgot her name, sorry) & Mike were awesome. Very welcoming. Mapped out my gum disease issue and a treatment plan with all the out of pocket costs to plan for and saved me using a preventive trip with my insurance coverage. Liked the choice of music as well, not the typical muzak to drive you crazy. Looking forward to future treatments.

Dr. Hardcastle has been my dentist for many years due to his superior knowledge and expert procedures - whether it's for a filling, crown, root canal, bridge or other treatment. The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly, well-informed and helpful on insurance and costs. The hygienists and dental assistants are well-trained, professional and concerned with your comfort. Dr. H. has high standards and insures that treatments are completed properly and correctly. He and the dental assistants also explain procedures and answer questions to alleviate any concerns. Dr. Hardcastle, Andrea, Brenda, Paige, Laurie, Ashley, Laidy and others are all top-notch and I highly recommend this dental practice.

My family and I started out seeing Dr. Brown over 20 years ago. When Dr. Brown retired, we started seeing Dr. Chei. I have always had extreme anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Chei and his assistant were very reassuring and did everything possible to make me comfortable. The office staff is amazing! They have always been super friendly, courteous and caring! I had always dealt with Dr. Brown in the past and am very happy someone as wonderful as him has taken his place. I will definitely continue to be a patient for years to come!

Dr. Hardcastle and his staff are very professional. Dr. Hardcastle takes care of my dental health like I am family. He is incredibly particular about every detail which makes me feel confident about the future of my teeth!!

Let me start with, I have a horrible fear of dentists. Dr. Hardcastle is very gentle!! Had two crowns completed yesterday with NO pain. The office is clean and a happy place to go and I highly recommend them.

I've been very pleased with my experiences with Village Dental. Village Dental has friendly and efficient front desk staff, a comfortable, pleasaantly appointed environment, and, most importantly, in addition to himself, Dr Hardcastle has very qualified technicians. They are very good at what they do, and explain what they're going to do beforehand so there's no surprises. Dr. Hardcastle himself is personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to the needs and desires of his patients.

I've posted very favorable reviews of my positive experiences under the care of Dr. Hardcastle in the past. My reviews were so extremely positive that I had to reassure Google that I was not a member of the family, nor had any conflict of interest relationship with Village Dental Care! I’ve just completed the process of getting two dental implants to replace an upper bicuspid and molar. I’m 73 years old and, like most at that age, I have deteriorating bone mass – not favorable for securely holding existing teeth, much less implants. The proper procedure to overcome that, and to insure the new implants won’t fail, requires two bone grafts – one above and one below existing bone structure, and a sinus membrane lift. That takes skill and precision plus healing time with results validated before the cylindrical, screw-shaped titanium fixture can be properly sized with adequate length and diameter for each tooth. The abutment (screwed into the fixture) and the prosthesis (visible tooth) are equally challenging to get right. That’s a lot of detail to let you know what it takes for the dentist to get it right. My implants are not just right, they are perfect! I can honestly say that Dr. Hardcastle and his staff’s proficiency, skill and meticulous attention to detail has made this a very positive and rewarding experience for me. My wife and I highly recommend Village Dental Care!
