Scheduled appointments for me and my son to have our teeth cleaned and preventative care. After arriving and checking in I was informed that I would have a co-pay of $38 and my sons co-pay would be $200 and something dollars. My dental insurance coverages cleaning and preventative care 100%. So I’m not sure why I would still pay out of pocket. In reviewing their website a child’s cleaning would be $105 if no insurance. I have insurance but yet I’m still being charged an outrageous amount. They are ripping people off and it’s a shame. I will be notifying my dental insurance about how they are inflating their prices and over charging patients.

Crizol was a great dental assistant she was the best dental assistant I ever had. She did actually what needed to be done. She's amazing 👏. I also like Dr. Narayan she was amazing to. She told me actually what needed to be done with my teeth. Mint dentistry is a very professional environment. They are very professional. Thanks Mint dentistry I will most definitely be back.

I went for follow-up cleaning at the DeSoto Mint Dentistry. I was welcomed by a very friendly front desk staff. Kym, and Cam were very nice and welcoming as well, and seemed very knowledgeable about their job, and asked and answered all of my questions. Julie was great also, very detailed and skilled. Hardly felt a thing. Cool environment helped calm my nerves, as we all fear the dentist. I Was in and out in a timely manner. Great visit and awesome staff.....

I had come to Mint Dentistry Desoto for a general 6 month cleaning and was hoping to establish a relationship with them. Their marketing is good! The dental hygienist was very rough and it was one of the MOST PAINFUL cleanings I’ve ever had. She did not appear to be experienced. She also had me put in a mouth guard to keep my mouth open but never gave me a break. After the appt my mouth and jaw was sore for days. My jaw ended up locking while I was in the midst of yawn. Had to visit an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon. He prescribed me muscle relaxers, ibuprofen and was put on a soft diet for 2 weeks. This was a nightmare. Would NOT RECOMMEND them at all!! After speaking out on Social Media I received so many horror stories from different people and different locations. These 5 star reviews can’t be trusted. Also, their front office where the couches are filthy. So much dust and dirt. Needs a good cleaning.

came to mint today for a cleaning and check up, the office is super beautiful and clean and Nancy and Jennifer at the front are truly the sweetest!! I got taken back by Crizol who was just so sweet and so gentle and caring she made me feel super comfortable as I’m scared of the dentist, and she is just amazing. Julie did my cleaning and I loved that she number me my teeth look so good she’s truly the best!! Bella came in as well and she was super amazing! The dr was very thorough with explaining everything and I had the best experience I love mint!!!!

The visit and the staff was nothing short of amazing. I was so uncomfortable with visiting due to me not keeping up with my dental visits. not one time did I feel
judged, I felt comfortable and all the work I needed was explained in steps. Ashlyn and Gia were amazing. Both very honest and made me feel good.

Mint Dentistry in Desoto is on another level! I went in for the first time and felt welcomed and comfortable with everyone. Very friendly staff and Doctor was very informative. I am pleased with my decision to go there. I definitely will be making them my to go to for my dental work.
