Unfortunately, Dr. V forgot to give me pain medication or anti-inflammatory medication after a procedure (as I left, I remember him being on his phone texting in a chair and I wish he would have paid more attention to my care). I ended up in the emergency room and then his office staff tried to say I owed a balance after I paid the amount before my insurance was charged to avoid owing an additional amount. When I returned to the office to fix a crown that had fallen out within a few months of getting it (the second one within this short time, they are supposed to last a lifetime), the doctor and staff were extremely rude. My family members have also had similar experiences of long wait times and a lack of appropriate patient care by the doctor. If you do use this dentist, be sure to verify you do not need medications after the procedure to avoid any discomfort and pain. Also, make sure you ask questions, my grandparents were there for over 4 hours waiting to be given another doctor's information. Advocate for yourself.

Dr. Villarreal has done plenty of dental work on me and has done a great job! Before I used to put off going to the dentist because I hated going, but Dr V puts you at ease and really explains the process. I highly recommend him to anyone! Once my newborn is ready, I'll be taking her to Dr. V!!
