I give this practice a 5 star rating because I am happy with my treatment. However, last time I went in for my regular cleaning I was told the Dr was not in, but we could go ahead with the cleaning. During the cleaning a possible problem was identified so I need to go back in for the Dr to see if I will need further attention to that area. I have a busy schedule in spite of being retired and really do not want to have to go in for another appt. It just seems to me if patients are expected to notify the office of not making an appt (and reasonably so) the same should be true for the practice to notify your patients that the Dr is going to be out. At least give the patient the choice of going ahead and coming in or rescheduling.
