Very clean environment. I can definitely tell things have changed in a positive way since the last time I took my children. My son went in for an oral exam and cleaning they found a small cavity and instead of scheduling me to come back they did it right then and there. No needles or anything completely pain free for my son. Always a friendly staff overall. Good job on making improvements.

Its a super clean office, the staff is super nice and friendly. The only thing i dont really like is the dentist..he is very good but he dont greet you , he dont talk to you and i think thats just very rude. If you dont feel comfortable with your dentist then the clean office and friendly staff dont matter.

I've been seeing Dr Care since I was a toddler. I've had nothing but great experiences. This clinic is great with kids and adults alike and they're great at communication with their patients! I recommend Dr Care to everyone who asks me about dentists.

This facility is amazing. Very professional, but also personable. The staff is non-judgemental and attentive. The doctor is friendly and nerdy in a good way. Hygienists are quick, thorough, and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

I've been to this office four times. The first time I went, I waited for over half an hour past my appointment time before the receptionist gave me my new patient paperwork to fill out. I then waited another half hour just to be told that my insurance hadn't kicked in yet and I would need to reschedule my appointment.
The second time I went was for a routine cleaning. The cleaning was average, and they told me I had no cavities and was good to go.
Third time I went, I waited for an hour and a half past my appointment time before being called back. When I had originally called to make my appointment, I told them that my son needed to be seen too (he was only 16 months old). They said no problem and scheduled the appointments at the same time. It's a good thing that I brought my husband with me because they saw me and my son literally at the same time, but in completely different rooms. Knowing that my son is a young toddler, I don't know why the receptionist scheduled us this way. At this appointment (exactly six months after my first), they found 2 cavities that they say have been there for awhile. Cleaning again was average, and my poor son screamed the entire time they did his exam (all they do for toddlers is lightly brush their teeth with a normal toothbrush).
Fourth time I went (today) was for one of the fillings. My appointment was scheduled for 8am and their office doors say they open at 7:45. I got there right at 7:45 and waited outside because the doors were locked. The first staff member showed up at 7:56 and opened the doors. I was the first to sign in. I waited until 8:30 until I finally went up to the front desk and demanded a refund because I was tired of always waiting past my appointment time. (At the same time, one of the three girls that was talking in a group and showing each other pictures on their phone for the past 20 minutes finally turned around and grabbed my file and called my name) The receptionist said "well, the dentist just showed up, are you sure you don't want to just be seen?" I told her that if he doesn't get there until 8:30 then he should not schedule appointments for 8.
Just an added note, all of my appointments were scheduled for 8 so that I could be seen right away, and yet it always took over an hour for me to be seen. Not once did the receptionist give me the courtesy of telling me the dentist was running late. I have two young children that I always have to find a babysitter for when I go to the dentist. So not only has Dr. Care successfully wasted several hours of my life, he has also wasted a lot of my money spent on childcare.
I will definitely be looking for a new dentist and will NOT recommend this dentist to anyone.

I've been going here for over 6 years now and I'm very happy with their services. Entire staff is friendly, down-to-earth, and always professional. They let you know exactly how much everything will cost and let you decide what you want to do...no pressure whatsoever. I never even think about going anywhere else for my dental needs.
