Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff from the first call, reception, billing and Dr Melanie. Was seen promptly with caring and knowledgeable staff. Dr Melanie took time to explain everything, billing was well explained. Fantastic all around service. You will not regret choosing this dental clinic.

Staff was super friendly and professional. They took all measures to ensure my comfort. Offered bottled water cold or room temp! (That's nice to me for a dentist office!) Just very friendly people. The doctor was gentle and very thorough and knowledgable, and Nicole, the office manager, was absolutely adorable. Just great people. Looks like I found my dentist!

My first visit this morning, and it was great! Friendly service starting at the front desk, all the way to the to Dentist!! Love the convenient hours and location! Definitely keeping BLVD Dentistry as my dentist!

I gave this a lot of thought before posting my review as a first-time patient here. I chose this dentistry because I got recommended but it was a failure.

I have no doubt about the professional of Dr. Melanie but her staff.

They were eager to hear someone recommended me and set me an appointment without saying there was a chance that they could not do any treatments on the same day of the appointment. Nothing!

The day came, after the consultation with Dr. Melanie, the financial lady came and started to ruin all my
experience here. I understand what needs to be done and the amount of each. There were deep clean and fillings among some more things.

I said if I couldn't do the deep clean now, I would prefer to do a filling. I tried to give them my business!
I said I already drove 30' here and took half day off work. I didn't know that they did not do anything on the day of the new patient's appointment. The previous dentists I went to always try to do what I asked for. I felt like first time patient was not so welcomed here.

Then she said no, none of this could be done today and said "you were already here for two hours" I could not make this up. Really rude.
I was in shock and did not believe in my ears. She wanted me to reschedule.

I planned to make a follow up appointment and shared to Dr. Melanie about my experience myself but in the end, I canceled.

Overall, my first experience was so bad that I prefer not to come here again.

BLVD Dentistry was both friendly and professional in each and every encounter. Each team member was courteous, respectful and possessed the skills to put me at ease. I'm glad I chose BLVD to be my dental care providers!

Highly recommend! I typically dread the dentist but Dr. Marshall and her staff were awesome. They answered any/all questions and were extremely kind! I had two root canals done last week and have experienced no issues at all so far. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
