Staff and Dentist Dr Jake are absolutely professional and friendly. I came in after a bad experience in another office and they came highly recommended by many of my neighbors. My husbands as well as myself have visited and has been great so far. The office is in a good location, and the office is very nice and clean. The staff in the office has been great at communicating and booking our appointments. The hygenists are also friendly and kind. Dr Jake is a patient and knowledgeable professional. It is obvious he knows the profession of dentistry but is also very personable that made me feel comfortable during the visit. I had questions and concerns about my health and made me feel at ease with the knowledge and the work he extended. It is overall good environment and we look forward to continuing our dental health needs at this office!

So this was my first dental experience on my own as a young adult. I am super fortunate that my coworker suggested Brown Family Dentistry because it just so happens to be my BEST dental experience. Literally the ENTIRE staff I interacted with was extremely warm, inviting and personable... from the receptionists, to the techs, to Dr. Jake, and even the finance lady to collect my coins. These folks are like the Chik-Fila of dentistry, they build rapport on an entirely different level. I was very uplifted by my visit. And if this all wasn't enough...
Dr. Jake spends a very generous amount of time explaining the current situation of your teeth, and even more time encouraging you with his plan to get you back in shape! No joke, the amount of time that he sacrificed making me feel at ease before operating on my first ever cavity is greater than all my other dental consultations combined. Those other guys were in and out, like the fast food joint. I didn't know my experience could be this grand, thank you all a ton! I will be back for my routine check-ups and will be sending you all my own personal referrals.

The best dentist's office experience I've had. A father-son team that work really well together and run a clean, modern practice. Both Kent and Jake go out of their way to make you comfortable, and they take the time to get to know you and thoroughly explain the Why and How of what they're doing. I've seen everything from the dentist cleaning my teeth so I could get to work on time when the hygienists were really busy, to getting a follow-up text about how I was feeling after a routine filling procedure. The entire staff is also very friendly and experienced, which keeps things running smoothly. I mean, we're talking about intrusive work inside your mouth here - so it's saying something when it's actually a pleasant experience to visit this group. Go without hesitation.

By far the best dentist we have ever had! Our entire family goes to Dr. Jake. The hygienist are friendly and competent and the front desk staff are wonderful also. Always on time and accommodating. Dr. Jake doesn’t do a procedure unless absolutely neccessary and will explain in terms you can understand. Love Brown Family dentistry!

I just love BROWN DENTISTRY! If I could give them 10 Stars I would! The service and staff are always fantastic and first class. They're always worried about how you feel and take excellent care of you while you're in the💺 chair getting work done. On my last visit " Dentist Tech Britni " took fantastic care of me.😁 She was very concerned about my comfort and made sure I was comfortable and happy. She explained everything in detail to me as work proceeded on my mouth..🤗 Dr. BROWN is always incredible. 😊 He's gentle and explains everything and always gives you options on your treatment. He is without question one of the BEST DENTIST IN TEXAS! THEY HAVE A WARM, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING STAFF THAT LOVES WHAT THEY DO AND TREAT EACH PATIENT WITH COMPASSION AND KNIDNESS. I moved to Fort Worth recently and started going to Brown Family Dentistry and have only had good experiences. Dr. Brown was able to fix a problem with my tooth that my previous dentist never was able to alleviate. The staff is friendly, courteous, and has always gone out of their way to make the insurance/payment process as simple and easy going as possible. Almost 2 years ago I switched over to Brown Family Dentistry when they opened up this new location right down the street from my house and they have been AMAZING. Every staff member is so polite, the facility is top-notch, and the dentists are there to really work with you as a trusted partner (walking you through everything, no surprises, works great with my insurance, estimated crown work in advance so I was prepared). Even my 5 year old daughter adores going in to get her teeth cleaned there!! I mean, what kid loves the dentist?! I recently had some work done with them that I'd been putting off and they were fabulous throughout the whole process, with Dr Brown even calling me on a holiday after the procedure to make sure I was feeling OK. I'd highly recommend them for the whole family!
