Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics

The waiting room was really nice and had a cool modern feel to it. I went in for vision and the service was great. I had almost no wait time after filling out simple paperwork. The Doctor was really nice and very patient with me. He explained everything in a really simple way that was easy to understand. The Gentleman who helped me select my frames at the end of my visit was great. I love my new glasses! At the end of my visit I got a gift card for the nail salon next door which is such a cool thing to do for your patients.

If you only need cleaning and minor fillings, this place is ok. If you need more work, DON'T GO THERE. They are very tricky when it comes to larger charges. If you need a root canal or crown, you have to pay the WHOLE COST to them then they will bill your insurance and reimburse you whatever the insurance pays. They didn't tell me that upfront on my first visit and they made me wait a month and a half for the specialist and then they broke the news with me having to pay over 3K when my insurance covers 60% of that. It was devastating because now they have stripped me from my option to go somewhere else a month and a half ago if they have told me that. My plan now has an unused 5K that I'm not going to be able to collect before the end of the year.

I had plenty of work done (fillings, cleaning, crown, etc) and the staff was very helpful. I really appreciated how Dr. Doan was very intuitive when it came to how comfortable I was or wasn’t. That’s really huge when it comes to putting your patients at ease for dental visits. Also special thanks to Erica and Tram for always being so pleasant and informative. :-)

I've received horrible customer service despite paying on time, clearly communicating my needs, and going out of my way to get insurance details that the dentist office should already have.

Today I received a call from the office manager asking me to delay my visit because their office didn't receive payment for my latest claim. I emailed the office manager 2 weeks ago and assured her all my claims would be paid through the end of July. Further, my insurance company has promptly paid all of my previous claims with no questions or issues.

After a few questions, I learned that their billing specialist was out on vacation and they submitted my claim just a few days ago. So, due to a logistical gap in their office, the office manager thought it was fair for me to be inconvenienced. She felt no qualms about asking me to delay treatment that I really need.

And, in addition to the office's illogical distrust of me and my insurance company's integrity (ie: our willingness to pay), my complaints of extreme pain were blown off several times.

I wish this dental office was as concerned about my pain as they were about the claims they didn't bother to submit.

But... that's a major con to navigating this world as a Black woman.

Received exceptional customer service every time I visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is very knowledgeable. My whole family goes here for all our eyeglasses and haven't been disappointed. Thank you for your exceptional service you provide.

Just had my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone there was super nice and supportive. I want to thank Tram, Brenda, Corajma and all the doctors and nurses. I was nervous at first but they made me feel at ease. Thank you for a wonderful experience. ❤❤❤

They have a great team here. They're friendly, fast, and efficient. I wanna give a shout out to Dr Don's tech (sorry, I didn't catch her name). I was slightly anxious when they said I had a cavity that had to be filled (I never had one before.) I feel like she could tell I was anxious and she made me feel at ease. She even put The Office on Netflix for me to watch while they did my filing. Little things like that can make a client's experience so much better. Thank you guys! I'm glad I picked this place.

When I came here during their $20 eye exam promotion, the staff took care of me very well. There was little to no wait time after I signed in. Dr. Nguyen was very easy going and kind, not only did he do his job correctly he made me feel welcome by holding up conversations about my hobbies and interests. He also gave me some coupons on eye drops for my dry cornea condition. This place is one of the best for vision and eye care ! 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family

Seriously the sweetest team I’ve ever met. As crazy as it sounds, I get excited for my ortho appointments. Not only are the dentist/ orthos kind and good at their work but their staff is just as great!

I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE!! All of the staff are wonderful and so kind. The office is clean and quiet. But most importantly, the staff ALWAYS do a great job on my teeth. They make each visit comfortable and they explain everything to you if you have questions/concerns about a procedure. I would highly recommend the dental and vision services. You will not be disappointed!!
