Maritsa and the ladies in the front office are beyond amazing. The only ensure you are not surprised by anything, and will work diligently to utilize the dental coverage you have to cover the most they can.
Dr. Kim felt like an old friend and I had never met her before.
Everyone there is extremely professional, and they consistently help each other to ensure your visit goes smooth!

What a great place to go for dental care. Efficient , kind, caring. Fastest easiest x-rays I've ever had! Staff was very nice. Dentist were thorough, and explained everything. My dentist had his associate give a second opinion right there on a difficult tooth. Gave me all my options and clearly explained my costs and payment options. I drove an hour to get there. Will drive there again for all my treatments! 5 stars!

I love this Dentist and ALL the staff here!! They are always so friendly when I come in, like old family friends. They always get me in to be seen right away whenever I have a problem.. I feel they are being honest with me about what needs to be done & the cost; and not trying to just charge me more and more money.. During treatment, they ask a million times if I am comfortable bc they want to be sure I don’t have ANY pain or discomfort. I have had a hard time finding a dentist that I like, but Jefferson Dental does it for me and my family... Try them you won’t regret it 🥰

HORRIBLE DENTIST. I have never been so disappointed in a dentist in my life. If I could go zero stars I would. Staff just wants to rush through everything, the dentist did a horrible job with my son's filling, my son kept telling him to stop like the dentist told him to if he couldn't breathe with this big plastic thing in his mouth and the dentist did not stop. Told him you are fine I am almost done. Ugh never again.

I keep trying to call the office and I keep getting transferred to the call center the call center made an appointment and I showed up Friday and they told me I was nowhere in the system I went to my appointment today and I left they gave me a prescription that was a different 2017 so the pharmacy cannot fill it. I’m calling again and again no answer only the call center so now I have to drive back and hopefully they are there and are able to give me the prescription. Everyone at the office was nice I am just not happy with them not answering the phones and the outdated prescription I’m not sure how that happened.

Dr. Patel is one of the most dedicated dentist to the crafts I've met. I'm a crybaby when it comes to my teeth, always have been, afraid of going to dentist, avoid it like the plague. Took me 5 years to finally go back. My mom recommended I try Jefferson Dental because I couldn't take my teeth and gums hurting any longer.
Bright side: They have Saturday appointments for all you mom's who can't get a babysitter till the weekends. I went in for just a Check-up, but I knew I would have much more needed. Dr. Patel explained everything that was wrong thoroughly and the different options I had to treat what was wrong with my teeth. I cried because I knew it was gonna be a lot of work I didn't have a lot of time to keep coming back every Saturday. So I asked if he could do 80% of the work that day and he agreed.
The staff took their time explaining the procedure and breaking down the cost, since I didn't have insurance I signed up for a Care Credit Card and got the work paid for through Synchrony Bank with no interest and pay as you earn plan. it's reasonable and they give pharmacy discount cards out.
Now the work: I got both cleaning done upper and lower quadrants, 2 extractions (front 2 teeth), mold taken for my permanent bridge and a temporary bridge put in all in the same day. It was a long day 7 hours of dental work, but Dr. Patel and his staff worked passed closing time to get it all done, on a Saturday, for me, a mom of 3, a crybaby. Throughout it all, staff asked how I was doing, offered me blankets, of course I had to get numbed like a billion times and cried every single time, but it was a lot of work and they worked with me to try and not have to come back for multiple sittings. Dr. Patel molded and fitted everything himself, shaped the temporary bridge by hand every single time, always ensuring the proper bite was measured correctly and worked effortlessly to give me the best smile possible.
The wait time to get the permanent bridge in took about 3 months due to their system crashing, (not their fault, Hackers) mixup with the lab on the shape of the bridge, (they send out their permanent bridges to outside facility) and one rescheduled appointment but the final result was the best I could have ever asked for. I cried once more but happy tears at the end, I had felt like a regular coming in every month, talking to the dentist and staff, I think I did more talking than I ever did at a dentist office because they made me feel safe and always handled my dental work with the utmost care.
My recommendation is choose Jefferson Dental because they care, they handle every office visit with patience, respect, and grace and their Dr.s work hard and value the work that they do. Always trying to produce the best result for your smile every single time!

Great office, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave!!! Maritza the office manager is the one that went over the treatment plan that was recommended for my husband. She also went over financials and they have super affordable prices. I'm happy we decided to come here.
