Went in for an appointment a few months ago. During cleaning 2 old preexisting filling popped out. Then I had to pay for both fillings to be refilled... what...
After 2 months of the tooth being in pain I went back for a re adjustment. That didn’t fix the problem. Scheduled another appointment and had to wait for 30 minutes out in my vehicle while 2 other people drove up and got right in for their appointment during MY appointment time. So far not having a very good experience! Hopefully my tooth can be fixed at my 3rd appointment tomorrow.

I have been going to Lake Family Dental for over five years. A great experience at first, but in the last 3 years, has changed dramatically. The staff is constantly changing. I received a cleaning for the last time this week when the latest dental hygienist - older woman with glasses - humiliated me and rushed me out without a proper teeth cleaning. She asked if I flossed (I do), then proceeded to pull out a mirror to show me how, which I wouldn't have minded had she flossed all my teeth, but she didn't - just the one to demonstrate. then she said I had so much plaque and focused mostly on top front teeth, nothing else. She left the room for a while then came back and polished me quickly and grabbed my purse and said we were done. I asked her if that was it because my teeth didn't feel clean and she said, "well, they will never feel clean if you don't floss or brush properly, there is nothing I can do."When I complained to Dr. Lake, she was passive and made excuses for her employee saying "she had an off day and was behind schedule." She then asked me if I would prefer scheduling with her. I would have hoped an owner of a company would take care in the concerns of their customers and demand to make something right, but she didn't. I hate to submit this review, because Dr. Lake is a really great and nice dentist, her staff and her passiveness is what has deterred me.

I highly recommend Lake Family Dental! I served 27 years in the Air Force and I can tell you from experience that Dr. Lake and her staff have created one of the most relaxing, Christian based environment, which is the best I've ever experienced! They truly make you feel like your part of the family. Give them a chance and I know your be pleased!

After having only ONE dentist my entire life (age 5 to 40), he retired. My mother worked for him the entire thirty five years. I was so afraid I'd never find anyone that could fill his shoes but Dr. Lake and her amazing staff far exceeded my expectations! The entire process from beginning to end was flawless! I love Dr. Lake and her staff. They take great care of my teeth. I had an abcessed tooth recently and she got me in immediately and referred me to a specialist the very next morning for a root canal. The first specialist had a wait of over a week, so she found another who could see me right away. Thanks for the excellent care Dr. Lake and staff!

A dentist I seen on an appointment to remove a tooth and was referred to their surgeon for extraction in 2018. I have seen their same surgeon for extraction and implant consult today. I just called this office to see if I can get an idea of a crown cost. I was treated so poorly over the phone! The person was very arrogant and condescending. To have over 9k in dental expenses, you would think the person would have some compassion, but instead I was reminded when the last time I seen them, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Due to COVID and finances, I'm just getting in. I will take the insurance and the out of pocket I have now..somewhere else!

Great first time experience. When I walked in, everyone looked up from their computers to greet me and welcomed me by name. The dental assistant was gentle, accommodating and very conscious of my pain level. Dr. Lake was very thorough in selecting a treatment plan. Overall, this was by far the best dental experience I have ever had.
