A truly 5-star experience! Due to constant relocations, I have had visited with many dentists. So, I didn't expect much from this clinic, until I came in. Customer service at this practice is superb. Everyone came across as kind and sincere and acknowledged me as a person. The cherry on the cake is really Dr. Ben Donnelli, of course! I felt his sincerity as well as passion in what he does. In this time and age where healthcare professionals are always in a rush, he actually spent time to answer questions and made me feel as if I matter. Such a kind human being!

Dr. Ben did a great job on applying 3 fillings. The whole procedure was painless and throughout the prep process and the actual filling of the teeth Dr. Ben always checked on my comfort level and let me know what he was doing during the procedure. Also, the office staff was so pleasant and helpful!

What a wonderful, welcoming office! Dr. Craig B. is terrific, happy, but caring and respectful--he cares about your situation. He listens to you, your thoughts and questions. So does Dr. McNeil that referred me to Dr. Craig B. Totally different experience than the condescending, arrogant , scolding appointment I had with a young Periodontist in N. Richardson! I am some disabled and have some problem getting around. Asking for a little help did not please that office! Didn't have to ask in Dr. Craig's office or Dr. McNeil's office--what a relief and a joy to work with these true professionals!

I'm 60 years old and have seen many dentist in my life. Dr. Baginski is one of the very best dentists I have ever had. He's very knowledgeable and really communicates with you what's going on with your teeth and what needs to happen to make them right. I've been seeing dr. Baginski for about 10 years at his old office and his new office and he always recommends what's right for the patient. To reiterate, he communicates with you! He doesn't just do things without letting you know all the options.
