RR Dentistry

RR is such a great surprise that you might not believe you are at the dentist! The staff is amazing- no exaggeration- they enjoy working at RR and it shows! From my initial phone conversation with Suzie I felt she was thorough and caring. She’s the same in person! It was fun to meet Ronda who was genuinely kind and very helpful. At the clinical exam Vanessa was so professional and upbeat that I felt very at ease. Soon after I met Dr Roberson, whose demeanor is impressive: he is unhurried and very personable. It’s obvious he loves what he does. On the day of the crown I immediately felt calmed by Emma who was considerate and a star at assisting Dr R. I was reassured by Dr. R’s expertise and patience during the procedure.
My visit with hygienist Amy was very enjoyable! I’m one of those people who enjoys having their teeth cleaned, and Amy was a delight! Not only did she do great work, but she also had a good sense of humor.

Dr Roach always eases any concerns I have and is so patient with me whenever I am feeling anxious. The whole staff is so friendly and greets you by name when you walk in the door. Hands down the best experience! And the actual dental work is top notch! No complaints whatsoever! Can’t say enough good things about this team.

I have been going to RR Dentistry for over 10 years now with my family. I have since moved a bit out of town and still make the extra trip to their office because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This team is a family and they treat their patients as family as well. I feel so fortunate to know so many of the dental hygienists now, but this morning I had Amy who made me feel right at home. Thank you RR Dentistry and Dr. Roberson for making me love the dentist!

I had another wonderful experience. Dr Roach removed a broken porcelain crown, replaced the same day with a beautiful new crown. Thank you Dr Roach and Lisa, very kind and professional. Looking forward to my cleaning appt. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great office and dentist. I love and respect their mission statement and believe that Gods blessings will always be on this business. God bless 🙏🏼❤️

As a highly sensitive person who has always struggled but eventually learned to bear dental appointments and treatment, I can’t believe I am about to say that the filling I received from Dr. Abrams today was…wonderful. Yes, I’m talking about getting a filling. I was so relaxed that my fitness app thought I had taken a nap; usually I am tightly wound, aching and miserable after a dental appointment. Thinking back on the experience, it almost brings tears to my eyes how gentle and kind Dr. Abrams was telling me what he was doing each step of the way and making sure I was always comfortable and doing ok.

In short, I have never felt so cared for by a dentist and staff. Every person in that office is beyond lovely and I feel incredibly blessed to have been recommended to RR Dentistry as someone who just moved to the area.

Best dental team ever!! Dr Roach was so congenial and explained everything at each step. Front desk, Susan and Sally were so kind and welcoming! Dental assistant Kayla set me at ease and had a good sense of humor! Will definitely go back! Highly recommend them!!

I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with a fear of the dentist! Dr. Roberson is always very patient and never makes you feel rushed. He explains everything very well, is open to questions, and truly makes an effort to make your visit pain and stress free. Vanessa is just as sweet and caring; I really appreciate the time she took today working on my temporary appliance and keeping me comfy with the nitrous. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and helpful as well!

The dental hygienist here are wonderful, however I can not say the same about Dr. Roberson. I have never left a dentist office in tears before. He was beyond rude, giving advice to me that was none of his business because he’s not a doctor first of all. I just had a baby a few weeks ago and he thought it was his place to give medical advice on how to loose weight and what I can do for that so that my gums would stop swelling. On top of that he continued to call me sweetie, about 3-4 times during my visit. How very unprofessional to speak to a woman like that. I will not be returning to Dr. Roberson in the future at all.

What a great first experience with RR Dentistry! The warm reception from Susie and Ronda were great. The hygienist Vanessa was friendly and caring. Dr. Roberson brought a really fresh approach to dental care when compared with other dentists I've seen over the years. He focuses on an individual plan for your specific dental care and is obviously passionate about his work.

RR Dentistry is one of the best Patient Dental Health team provider's I have ever had the pleasure to be treated as #1. The comprehensive cleaning by Kristina is above and beyond any practitioner! I wanted to give a special shout out to Sally and Emily who reviewed my treatment plan and verified my next appointment. I really felt like they talked to me and set my expectations that I truly umderstood her answers to my questions.

Looking forward to seeing the RR Dentistry team in 6 months.
