Dentist Tree of the Heights is a dentist gem! From the moment I called to inquire about their service I was immediately treated with a friendly voice. She was very sweet and patient with me in answering all of my questions. I was leaving for town and needed an appointment within the week and she was flexible and worked with my schedule and got me in immediately.

Place: really liked the modern and fresh decor, look, and feel of this place. I could really see the dentis”tree” theme all throughout the place -which was super cute! The chairs in the waiting area are very comfortable. My wait was only 5-10 min (amazing!), which in my previous experience is absolutely unheard of. They have great equipment and have two TVs in their rooms (one in front and one of the roof for when you’re laying down flat - really appreciated this!)

Dentist: I met with Dr. Shinta and he was fantastic!! Highly recommend him! He immediately greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. He was also very patient with me and answered all my questions. I could tell he knew his stuff and was always looking out for my best interest. (Previous dentist have tried to move on to the next patient as quickly as they could). Dr. Shinta reassured me of any concerns I had and insisted that he was just right behind me if I had any other questions (his dentist assistance was doing some work in my mouth at the time). Finally, he gave great suggestions for making the whole brushing process less of a chore - which I also found helpful!

Staff: Everyone I met was incredible friendly and great! They offered me water as soon as I checked in and the paperwork was digital which made it super easy to fill out and stress free. The dental assistant was very easy to chat with and very accommodating. She let me choose my own Netflix show, and gave me update on what was going on in the process.

Overall, really enjoyed my experience and for the first time I can say that I’m looking forward to all my future check-ups with them. Would highly recommend this place!!

Dentist Tree is simply phenomenal! They squeezed me in for an emergency visit and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff--everyone was friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Hieu took time to go over my options and explain everything in detail. I really appreciate what they did for me and strongly recommend going to Dentist Tree.

Dr. Shinta and the staff at Dentist Tree of the Heights are amazing. Their staff is so helpful when scheduling appointments, even when I had to cancel and reschedule twice. The place is very welcoming and everyone is so nice. Dr. Shinta and Dr. Amin have such great bedside manner, especially when dealing with young children. My daughters both love coming here — there are TVs and movies for the kids and great people all around. Love this place! Highly highly recommend!

Excellent place! I am new to the Houston area and have been looking for a good dentist. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. I was referred here and will be referring others. The office is clean and everyone follows COVID regulations. The staff is personable and I felt comfortable throughout my appointment.

I went here over a year ago for just a cleaning and was told I had FOUR new cavities. My spouse was told the same thing. It seemed pretty suspicious so we didn’t get anything worked on. We have now gone to a different dentist more than a year later and NONE of those cavities exist. RUN RUN RUN! Don’t let them drill your tooth enamel. It does not grow back.

So welcoming ! All of the staff was great and friendly. Great atmosphere in the office. Extremely satisfied with my new dentist. Very upfront and transparent about procedures, benefits, and care. Highly recommend for any and all dental procedures.

My experience at Dentist Tree of the Heights was mixed. I was looking for a new dentist after moving to Houston and decided to give them a try. When I called to make the appointment, I was misinformed about the cost of preventative cleanings and check-ups after the initial new patient special. The appointment for basic cleaning and x-rays took two hours, where I would have expected it to take about half of that time. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the office feels clean and offers amenities such as multiple televisions in each room.

I’m one of those who only goes to the Dentist when deemed necessary. Simple put, going to the dentist is uncomfortable and takes up so much of my time. Dentist Tree changed my mind completely. Dr. Nguyen and his staff were very professional and got me in and out. They took great care of me and also entertained my 3 yr old with play doh while mommy watched a movie AND got her teeth cleaned! I highly recommend Dentist Tree. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a brand new office with all the latest technology. I will definitely come back to Dr. Nguyen and his amazing staff!

I have been avoiding the dentist for years because of prior horrible experiences, but I saw the reviews for this location and I’m so glad I went! The staff is so kind and welcoming and everyone makes you feel as comfortable as you could at a dentist! I feel much more at ease now about going, and happy I’ve found a place that is not only knowledgeable, but care about their patients!
