I can’t say enough about the care I received here. After having a large crown fall out late on a Friday night, I was struggling to find anywhere that could take me before next week. As someone with severe anxiety about dental visits, I struggled even walking in the building. The staff was amazing and constantly reassured me throughout my entire visit and communicated my anxiety to the team helping me so that I had a smooth visit from beginning to end. Every single member of the staff was a pleasure to deal with. If you struggle with anxiety, I HIGHLY recommend Capstone.

I absolutely would recommend this dentist office! I just moved in the area did a walk-in and they gave me an appointment on the spot for implant which was loose! The staff were very friendly and treated me with courtesy, kindness and were very professional. I felt really comfortable from the front office reception area to the doctor. Excellent communication, the doctor explained everything that needed to be done from beginning to end and that was greatly appreciated, so thank you for amazing customer service 💯😃😃😃😃

I loved the Dentist bedside manner and knowledge, looking forward to my actual upcoming procedure appointment. The staff was friendly, HOWEVER, I don't like nor appreciate the affectionate name calling from them. I'm a customer service specialist and it's unprofessional and rude to refer to clients/customers as sweetie, dear, girlfriend, and anything other than Mr./Mrs./Ms. or Ma'am/Sir.
