This was a horrible experience I scheduled my appointment and showed up on time after an hour and 10 minutes of not being seen I decided it was best that I leave.
I understand that you’re not a patient you’re just a number and they’ll get to you when you take decide to get to you and having an appointment doesn’t mean anything to them.
Pack a lunch and be prepared to stay all day if you decide to use this clinic.

I went to bravo dental at Irving to get a root canal and crowns, the Dr. explained to me every single step she was going to do, it was really nice that they have tv’s on the ceiling so while the Dr was working on me I was washing tv.

Took my son to make a crown.
1. They don't have proper sized silver crowns.
2. Dr. Patel needs more practice on placing the crown.
Had to remove the dracula-crown and do the filling instead.

My son needed to get a crown put on his tooth the dental staff was so nice and cheerful with him (whole procedure took about an hour and a half we they had to stop so we could calm him down)
