I’m basing my review not on their service but on their lack of delicacy when handling sensitive situations. I made a last minute appt yesterday, advised of personal health problems and was asked to provide proof that I had been approved by my dr to resume activities which I did. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and even called on the day of the appointment as they had some issues with the new patient forms. I get there, and a couple people that came after me were seen first, weird but didn't think much of it.
Then to my surprise the dr (don't know his name) comes out and says his team refused to see me because they did not feel comfortable. I've never felt so humiliated in my life. He was kind when explaining but honestly that doesn't make the experience any less humiliating. I understand their position but they had two chances to tell me this over the phone.

I've been so thrilled to find this dental office. Dr. Nabors and his staff are all so friendly & knowledgeable. My husband even found what he wanted - laughing gas partial sedation during a cleaning. Would highly recommend!

As always, I was pleased with my visit. Although this was just for cleaning, Dr. Nabors has provided all kinds of dental work for me. He is a very qualified dentist and seems to be truly concerned for his patients. His staff is great as well.

Staff is very pleasant, billing department does not force you to get work done unlike last dentist I had. Dentist made great recommendations and is willing to do work over time instead of pushing to get it done at once. Will recommend them to everyone.

Dental visits are not people’s most favorite event, but this is the exception. At Las Colinas Dental Group, the staff is friendly & professional, the office is super nice, and Dr Nabors and my hygienist Clair are the Best! So worth the visit!
