My teeth are crooked after braces. The lady who did my retainer made me cry. My retainer hurts me and it’s like the 3rd one I had to get. They take forever as well . I hate this place don’t go

made an appointment wednesday july 12 only for them to cancel once we got there my appointment was rescheduled to thursday july 13 my appointment was to find out about my top wisdom teeth i waited 3 hours only to then just be told they were coming out which i already knew , no information about how they were coming out or when i should get them out no information nothing , then when i asked , the nurse was extremely rude and reffered me to a doctor who didnt accept medicaid purposely to shut me up when i asked for a referral after i told her i needed someone who accepted medicaid i would not reccomend going to this place
