Love this office. The front desk was very professional and there was little to no wait time. The assistant and doctor made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning and procedure. They saw my son here for his first dentist visit as well. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have a six year old that needed quite a bit of work done and Dr. Nguyen and her staff did such a great job with accommodating us into her schedule. There wasn't much of a wait. Dr. Nguyen made her feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, Aaliyah's whole experience was great and she couldn't wait till her next appointment. I am very pleased with the whole process. We have another appointment scheduled here soon so I know my daughter will be so excited when I tell her about it today.

My son needed emergency extraction they got him in right away. The staff is very professional, kind, and the facility is clean. The physician was very patient with him..which is rare in pediatrics. I highly recommend!

Bad experience 1st time going there I was recommended by Affinity dental on Story the closed down there Irving location and recommended this place.. awful experience this dentist Nguyen try to rush did not really show she cared.. I went in with a molar issue she just filed down the filling.. than she did the cleaning and poked my gums so bad like she was rushing.. i will just drive to Roanoke to Affinity even though is a drive they are the best!! Go at your own risk!! Good luck.. that was my experience..

This place was welcoming from the beginning. They also are SO flexible with scheduling. Me and my husband are full time and different schedules and it’s hard to find perfect timing for all our appointments. Luckily they’re open Saturday’s and so understanding on same day rescheduling. We’re new-parents and they answer all and are patient with every question we ask. Definitely recommend!

They have a great Kids room for little ones under 5. Kept my kids entertained for a good time which is something I struggle with going to other places.
Dr Nguyen was prompt and very good with my 11 month old. Excited to call story dental our new home.
