The entire staff are all nice and very accommodating, especially hygienist Amy, who does a great job every time. Dr. Chelsea Martin spent a lot of time explaining to me different treatment options regarding my dental bridge which has been giving me problems for a while now. I consulted with her a few days before going on a trip to make sure I'm good to go. Everything was ok until the day before my trip, where I had some pain. It was an emergency situation. Their office was closed. I left a message and she immediately returned my call. Without hesitation, she asked me to meet at her office, and even asked if I don't mind if she brings her toddler with her. It's on a weekend. I went and she worked on my bridge, just so I can go on that trip. To my surprise, she did not charge me for that visit! I WAS GRATEFUL AND THANKED HER SO MUCH. I reported to her after my trip that all was good, except for a minor pulling when I crunch my face. She said it takes time for the inflammation to subside. Fast forward 3 months. The issue did not go away. I'm now expecting the worst that I may need a new bridge since it's already 14 years old. During my recent regular check up, I let her know that the pulling is still there. She did a 3D X-ray. Sure enough, one tooth holding the bridge is dead. I'm due for a new bridge. That is, if my current bridge does not break when removed. Dental implants (if qualified) is my next option. Both procedures are expensive. Removable denture is the last option I'd take. I'm becoming desperate, but she came up with a better option and referred an Endodonist who can save that tooth (via root canal, which she usually doesn't recommend). But it's the best option for me. On top of that, I was surprised to know that my bridge doesn't need to be removed to do the root canal, which means I can keep my current bridge. That will save me tons of money. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Endodontist will do a great job, and will get the result that both me and Dr. Martin are expecting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. CHELSEA MARTIN AND HER STAFF. THEY GO BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED!

I have always had a fear of the dentist due to a few bad experiences. Dr Martin has changed all of that, she was recommended to me and when I met her, I immediately felt at ease. She is super sweet and puts you at ease with her kind eyes and calming voice. She explains everything in detail and always asks how you’re feeling. Everyone in her office is so nice and goes above and beyond to get everything taken care of for you. I highly recommend Dr Martin to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist! Never would I have put those two words together until now! 😂
