I was on the lookout for a dental place for my entire family. If there is such a place that could possibly make you look forward to going to the dentist this is it, a judgement free pressure free zone that is willing to work with you to reach your goals. Customer service 10 stars, from the moment you walk in until you leave. Dr. Dekow got to know me and my expectations and shared his experience. I have some follow up scheduled and then will get the kids booked. A few perks of this business was comfort got a neck pillow and picked a tv show (other options available), talked me through treatment plan (with the costs listed) very upfront about everything. Best dentist experience I have had. If you are looking for a dentist and are hesitant about anything give Bravo Family Dentistry and Dr. Decow a call. (Their receptionist and dental assistant also absolutely fantastic).

They were able to see me for a dental emergency right away and worked with me on a plan of care that could be completed before I leave on vacation. Even accommodating my schedule on their off hours. When they say family dentistry that's definitely what it felt like. This will be my dentist in Kyle going forward.

Pleasantly surprised with my recent dental cleaning. Dr. Dekow is affable and was genuinely concerned with my comfort during the cleaning procedure. His staff are equally friendly and we chatted for a while before and after. The office is nice and he and his staff are obviously proud of it.
I was happy that potential issues were discussed without pressure to "fix" something that does not need to be addressed yet. Dr. Dekow reviewed the x-rays with me and put some areas on a watch list, but spoke honestly that they were not yet at a point that I need to address. I greatly appreciated that considering my last dental procedure (a filling to replace an old seal that developed a cavity underneath) resulted in an unfavorable view of the dentist and a questionable outlook that I won't have any other issues with the tooth. I generally seem to have had more than my fair share of need for fillings and dental procedures over my lifetime (I do brush, floss, and use a mouth rinse!), so I am happy to have made an appointment with Bravo and will be back in six months for my next cleaning!

Dr Dekow is an amazing person , and dentist. You can see as he communicates with patients that even though he may have to tell them something they don’t want to hear , he then backs it up with so we have a couple of options we can do to get you where you want to be . Not pushing the patient into anything , just giving them the information and letting them decide on what would be best financially . He is very smart and I trust all he does and says . I have been blessed to work with Dr Dekow for a few months now , and just in these few months he has taught me so much . And I will not forget it , and how he was so patient with me . He is a funny guy and a great person to be around . 🦷🙂

omg just got home from seeing Dr. Dekow and wow let me tell you he is awesome. he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Told me everything he was doing. And the best part is he took out the tooth that had be bothering me for some time now. And has an amazing team Jordan the receptionist was so sweet and kind. Jennifer the assistant was super sweet as well, maybe me feel comfortable as well. I will definitely be back For other dental needs. Thank you again. See yall soon.
