The first time I came here - I was thrilled. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Dholariya is fantastic. I told anyone who would listen that they should go there.
After that, it has varied. One time the hygienist was brand new and really struggled with x-rays. It's ok, we are all new at some point - but it concerned me that the training was incomplete. She had to retake them many, many times and call in help from a coworker because she didn't know how to do it.
Another visit I had THE BEST hygienist. He has since moved to California and is not longer there.
My son's orthodontist ordered 4 teeth to be pulled. The team at Kyle Parkway did not confirm my insurance would pay for the procedure or advise me that I need to confirm. After completing the procedure, I received a call from the office advising me that I owed over $300. On my last visit I asked if they checked with my insurance company first to see if the procedure would be covered and I was told "Well, we are really busy and sometimes the insurance company just doesn't answer the phone." That didn't make me feel good. So that is over $300 out of pocket I had not planned for. Lesson: Do not expect/assume the team will confirm insurance coverage on your behalf. I just might be spoiled as that is typically something I don't have to worry about.
My last experience was really poor. The hygienist was very nice but really hurt my mouth. I was sore for days. I go to the dentist 2x a year but this is the first time I experienced that much discomfort. The dentist is someone I had not seen before and she barely examined my teeth. Gave some advice on my mouth guard and that was it. I cancelled my children's appointments that we had previously scheduled. I'm undecided if I want to go back. If I do, I will need to confirm the appt. is with Dr. Dholariya.

The dentist has never been my favorite place to go, but if I have to, I’d choose Kyle Parkway Dentist every time. Everyone is so nice and my dentist has a great sense of humor. That means a lot to me.

Had an excellent first experience at Kyle Parkway Dentistry. Both my dentist and dental assistant provided exceptional patient care! They took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond today. Wonderful staff and such a nice location. I will definitely be returning and referring my friends and family.

All the staff is SUPER friendly from start to finish. Emily was AWESOME on my first visit and made sure I understood what would be done before I left the office. When I returned for my actual procedure Aja and the doctor were AMAZING in making sure to explain what was being done that day and made sure to answer any questions. They made me feel very comfortable and insured I was never in any pain. The doctor is amazing and I am very happy with the dental work. I would say this is the best experience I have had in a dental office by far.
