Made an appointment for my husband and I for a teeth cleaning. Had 4 conversations stating what we wanted done. This dentist office offered an exam/xrays for FREE!! After examination of us both, they went on to tell us that we needed around $8,000-$10,000 worth of dental work done. After discussing insurance information with Amanda Rice, she informed us that our insurance wasn't going to pay for any of these services. She went on with trying to sell us the insurance that they offer. We informed them, that all we came for was a teeth cleaning. The dentist informed me that I had an abscessed tooth and sent me home, with no antibiotics! Still did not get either of our teeth cleaned!! After leaving, VERY dissatisfied, I searched for another dentist and cost me $130. To make matters even worse, they filed on my insurance for the exam/xrays....that were advertised for FREE!! This place does nothing but offer false advertisement and is a SCAM!!! BEWARE of this dental office!! Should have read reviews before visiting this facility!! Will visit with the American Dental Association of Texas with major complaint!! More people need to do the same!
