Wish I could give it negative stars. After 3x of them messing up my daughters appointments and claiming that they dont take my insurance, I will be taking my daughter to another dentist. I tried to give benefit of a doubt to them but strike 3 is enough for me. Save yourself the time, aggravation and drive. Makes sense that in a year I have not seen the same staff members face there. High turnover of staff, they really need to get it together because this is ridiculous.

I will never go here again.. I had an 4:00 appointment for my kids. I went and signed in at 4:00 and sat down. No one was at the counter checking in. I waiting 15 minutes and a lady came to the desk and called a few people up them called us. She said that we couldn’t be seen due to it being after 4:00. I then explained that we had been there waiting but no one was Checking in. She said they would t be able to see us cause they are backed up. After driving an hour to get there we left and had to drive all the way back home.. it was a blank trip. The lady at the front was very rude. Save me your time and go else where.

They told me I needed a tooth extracted but would not schedule me because they wanted me to get approval from my ins. MY ins said I dont need approval. Have been calling Goodland to set up appointment for extraction for about 1.5 months but they will not. My tooth is killing me and they will not prescribe any antibiotics or anything for pain. These are strange people...go to someone else

Is the same friendly staff from Kool Smiles. I cannot thank them enough for such a good service they provided for my son. The staff was so nice, friendly, and over all really professional . The pediatrician Doctor was super nice and answered all my questions and concerns. Over all I was very pleased about the great job they did!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GOODLAND DENTISTRY. Save your kids the trauma. They have my 3 year old daughters mouth so messed up, and gave her the worst experience going to the dentist. Everything was going smoothly until it came time for her to get caps on her front teeth. While I was in the hospital giving birth to my youngest daughter, my husband brought her in. They told him to wait in the car and they would come get him. Well he did...They put her to sleep and started working on her teeth, once they finished, they came and got him and she started panicking.. we didn’t think much because she was coming off the sedation. 6 months goes by of non stop getting scared of bright lights, scared to leave the house, everything was scaring her... She was a very independent little girl that didn’t get scared easily. She had to start taking melatonin to get any sleep at all. Everytime I was brushing her teeth, they were bleeding and she was telling me it hurt, all throughout the day her teeth were hurting... The dentist tells us her gums are adjusting and it’s normal. Well after 6 months her tooth falls out. All you can see is part of the tooth inside her gum...I called the office, couldn’t get ahold of anyone... so I drove up there.. After trying to get information about why the underneath this cap she had was no tooth but a pice inside the gum, the guy tells me that the man who did her surgery isn’t in but he will go take a X-ray and clean her teeth and my other two daughters teeth even though they didn’t have a appointment and the dentist was full but they would work them all in. So I agreed thinking they were going to solve the problem. He assured me it was normal for her to be alone while sedated and everything went good during the surgery 6 months prior. He said I could watch through the window while she was getting them X-rayed but if she started crying he would let me in. I agreed and let her walk back with him. I start hearing her cry, I thought I may just be hearing things but then a lady that was waiting on her son confirmed yes she’s crying so I went through the doors to see what was wrong and why I hadn’t been brought back with her since she was not comfortable. When I walked back there they had 4 people and out of those 4 people was 2 men over my daughter holding her down for a X-ray. I grabbed her up and let them know I am done letting my child get traumatized during every single dentist appt to where she hates the dentist. Everything they tell you is a LIE. You don’t have to leave your baby. Your child should not be so traumatized from a dentist visit that it affects their everyday life and then not to mention what she would’ve thought about going to the dentist once she had to make those choices on her own. I Searched for a new dentist right away and from the moment we walked into Lufkin Kids Dentistry, they had her so confident that she took a X-ray without being forced and let them do everything needed to her teeth. I highly recommend you bring them to Lufkin Kids Dentistry. It’s right beside Angelina Pediatrics. They accept Medicaid and other forms of insurance as well as care credit. They allow you to sit with your children at all times, even while getting X-rays, if needed. They do not push them into doing things they aren’t comfortable with. They show them what the toothbrush feels like on their finger and explains everything in a fun way to your child. They make having a dentist appointment fun instead of a nightmare..

The dentist was not good at all. She was amazing! Both highly skilled and personable, with a great persona about herself. The male tech was just as good. InnIn time we were talking together as if we all new each other prior.
