If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. PLEASE do not waste your time and money going to this scam of a place. They were all too happy to put on my braces, and then the ortho quit. My teeth were never serviced again and now I have a huge overbite, and am out of money. Trying to get a refund is like jumping through hoop after hoop. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SAVE YOUR TIME! Go somewhere LEGIT and not this godawful place!!

The dentist had to remove an infected molar before working in my denture. I am extreme sensitive in my mouth having my tolerance to pain very sensitive. Well. The doctor subtracted the molar PAINLESS. Thank you.

Love Brident Dental! Being a patient here has always been smooth sailing. There's never a long wait time. All the staff is very professional and extremely helpful! Each time I've come Adrian and Jason have always gone above and beyond to accommodate me when I need to reschedule or answer any of the questions.

Spoke to Pedro (Coordinator) at McAllen office. Very rude, disrespectful, and had no customer service skills. Before purchasing a Dental Plan, I called their office since their DENTIST was listed as possibly accepting plan. When I spoke to Pedro, all he could say was "I need a membership number or dental insurance number, I cannot help you." All I needed to know was if this plan would be accepted. A family of 5, needing LOTS of dental work, I needed to know if this plan would be accepted before making the expense of purchasing plan. He could not help me. He kept repeating himself with no care. When I told him I wonder how the DENTIST would feel knowing that he's turning away business, his attitude, his response did not change. He simply did not care. Useless! Stay away from this office. Answers are not available and they themselves know nothing about billing. Big sign that you will go in circles if there is any problems with billing. Wish I could have spoken to DENTIST personally on his customer service skills.

As an 18 year old college student I was eerie about getting braces because of the cost but the staff broke everything down for me and payment plans and even some personal advice on how to handle the expenses properly. They broke down the process and the details and were so patient and I was even able to get my braces the same day I got my consultation. After tons of research I am so glad I chose Brident! Thank you!!!

My daughter and I had a great experience at Brident Dental. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.. My daughter had no issues allowing the dentist to perform treatment on her which was a big relief.. The dentist explained the treatment to me and my daughter and all answered all of our questions. Very great experience and I recommend it to all.

Absolutely love the facility. Very clean and well kept. The office Mgr Terry is really nice and friendly as well as the PCC Iliana and Lily. The assistants are very helpful and explained to me step by step what they were doing the whole time. Dr Pushkareva was very detailed on the exam and really explained the type of treatment I needed. Definitely recommend.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for months. I understand this pandemic was a surprise to everyone but they keep pushing the opening date farther and farther away. They said today they will open but everyone else says it's closed. Some of us need to go back! I have had my braces on just sitting there for weeks, it's annoying and they need to be removed. They also have the worst phoneline ever and this was before covid happened. It takes forever to reach anybody and when I do they tell me to call back later. Why can't I just get a hold of the main office instead? And why are you only accepting consultations right now? Handle your existing patients first!

This is my experience from the 2 1/2 years process with the ortho. As far as quality of work, I'll give them credit for it, they are very good with explaining what is the process and how far are you into it, next steps. Staff is friendly and helpful, they do send reminders for the appoint. which was very helpful for me. Price was reasonable, I was able to pay it off sooner than expect it and they gave a small discount. They're open saturdays and they do pick up the phone when you call the office. There is was just a significant issue I encountered, that is waiting time when I'd get there for the monthly appointments. They would make me wait, at least 25 min, with an average of about 35 min, the longest was about 50 min wait, I had to do it since I did not want to move the day. For me that was very inconvenient, I have a day job and had to take time during the day to go to the appointments. I would get there ON TIME, if not 10-15 min before hoping they will call me in sooner, but no, they will still make wait. I understand they have a lot of clients but if they're late for their appointments that's their problems, do not take them, I respected every single time scheduled, never late, yet they would always make me wait way longer than I expected, 2 times I left because I coundnt wait anymore. They did a good job with the service provided, but they need to step it up as far as management and schedules for the clients. This couldve been 4-5 stars but 2 and 1/2 years of long waits paid off against them.
