I'm giving 5 stars bc the dentist and dental hygienist were very nice, quick and efficient! They cared about my teeth. As far as the financial goes I thought they were screwing me over prices kept changing along with the story of why it was "that much". I paid too much when the initial amount should have been lower. On a budget I made sure to get the price of each tooth I needed done and that was a complete waste of time bc they didn't inform me that my procedure changed along with prices. I will be back in the future and will make sure there's no mistake on prices. I recommend it family friendly and I would bring my children here as well. Thankyou

Good and bad, this is the 2nd time came in here staffs are good, great doctor it's just that long waiting appt is 9am get there 15 mins before as any appt u need to be there early before the time but we got Into the back 10am. 1 hr wait is ridiculous.

Sadly I’m not even a client because for two days now I have been calling to schedule an appointment I really wanted to use them because they Do general and orthodontics but if they just put you on hold and never come back it’s not worth it.

I would highly recommend you find another dentist! The dentist did the molds for the 2 crowns for my 2 implants. She told me to come back in 3 weeks and the crowns/teeth would be implanted. I went back after 3 weeks and they said I was there for a "blue impression." I told the assistant I was to get my teeth, she went to ask the dentist and came back, "no, a blue impression." She had to go talk to the dentist again. The dentist never had the decency to come in and explain why she told me one thing and did another. All I saw was a dental assistant. I have no idea when I will ever get my $3,000 teeth because they don't know when I will need to come back. Yea, another 90 mile roundtrip. Maybe they won't lose this impression. Obviously, I am not happy with them and now I am extremely concerned about the quality of their work!
The Boys
This place got the job done that I went in for. Some of their staff could work on their customer service skills and being more friendly. Some are very friendly, some aren’t at all. This probably isn’t the best place to get dental work in Midland but I’m hopeful they can convince me to want to stay here as a patient as I hate hopping around to several practices.

First time here today! I was in a bit of pain, and they helped me quickly! The ladies answered all of my questions! Very considerate, Sweet ladies! After the exam Sandy showed me pictures, telling me exactly what I needed on spot! Next appointment this Thursday, I will definitely let everyone know how that goes!

First time visit to Bliss Dental and I have to say I'm extremely happy with the service that was offered to me. The staff was friendly and accommodating , Dentist was clear and precise in explaining the dental procedure. As long as they keep up the good work I'll be a loyal customer.

Went in with problem teeth and needing a cleaning.
The dentist went over my x rays in detail and discussed options in the room with me. She was even ok with me going to a relative to get some of my work done. They gave me an estimate and even emailed me my x rays.
Every one was really nice. My dental hygienist even complimented me on how good my teeth looked and gave me tips on strengthening my teeth.
I was able to get in within 2 days and will have my teeth taken care of within a few more days. The wait was not long at all.
I will definitely be going back.
