Midland Dentistry 4 Kids

So I have never gotten anyone to answer the phone. I go online to update my daughters appointment and it shows I have no appointment upcoming but I keep getting text messages. I can't take off work to physically walk in every time I have a question.

I love this dentists office. They are fast and friendly. The kids have things in the lobby that keep them entertained (games and movies). Everyone is nice. The dental assistants and dentists are very thorough and take time to explain anything and everything that needs to be explained. I would highly recommend.

This office is just the friendliest and most efficient. I enjoy taking my children all the time because they get us in and out as fast as possible. Martin is particularly nice and makes us feel welcomed all the time, I am very familiar with my insurance plan because of him. He explained all the coverage and benefits we had.

I’ll start by saying this is the place to bring your kids for their dental checkups!! I was very impressed with our experience here!! My child was not having it once he laid back in the chair and they very understanding. He’d ask a question and it was answered, and not in a “ok another question” way but with enough explanation to help him feel more comfortable. I scheduled the appointment because they were the only ones who could get us in same day with our insurance and I’m so glad I did. I will continue bringing my kids here for their future visits! I just want to say thank you to the amazing staff and Doctors!

All staff, from the front desk to the nurses to the dentists, are awesome! Both of my daughters were treated like Princesses. The environment is extremely professional, yet modern & relaxing. I highly recommend this group to parents of kiddos of all ages! 😊

From the moment I walk in with a "Heyyyy", I get it right back. The conversation and knowledge about any question I have is always comforting. They talk to my kids which always makes them feel involved (not just a patient) and hold conversations 😁. The dentists always show up with a smile and never rushes no matter how busy or slow they are. We've been treated well since day one and it's been 6 years later 🥰

Great atmosphere opened on time the lady in the front Jacklyn was very sweet and professional spoke to me and my child. Yolanda was a great help also in the back area explained everything and walked us over to Bri who scheduled our next appointment and was very pleasant. Overall great visit I'll be bringing my son in next go round.

Loved our experience with midland dentistry 4 kids! First place I would definitely recommend. The Dentist & assistants are all great & take their time with the kids. Jacklyn is the sweetest (along with the rest of front desk) help out a lot when dealing with paper work & different insurance coverages!

My daughter cries every time we walk in due to her own fears of the dentist, but always leaves with a big smile on her face! I have a 4 year old and an 8 month old and every time I go in I ask for a private room and some extra help with the little one. They always jump on my requests and I have so much help from the staff. They never complain or give me grief for needing the extra time/help. They are amazing and I definitely recommend them to all my friend moms!

I have a co-worker who recently took his sons for a teeth cleaning and he kept praising how great the service was, he especially was very complimentary on Adrienne and how she was so courteous and friendly. She made sure he was in complete understanding of what was done that day and what his sons were to expect on their next visit. She provided him with an explanation of insurance benefits and what his portion of the cost would be. This young lady is my daughter and she did not know he was my coworker. It makes me real PROUD to know that she goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service to Midland Denisty patients.
