I have been to multiple dentists over the past three years trying to get all my issues fixed, River Ranch has topped them all.
I went in today for a full exam and consult. All the staff is super friendly, non-judgmental and knowledgable. Doctor Rivers explained my options in a precise and frank matter, which I appreciated. He didn’t fluff, he didn’t do sales tactics that a lot of dentists do, just straight to the point and matter of fact.

They were very nice! Very knowledgeable, Clean environment and didn’t rush me especially when I had a million questions. Crystal is great! She is very thorough and cleaned the mess out of my teeth. Got me feeling like smiling for the rest of today. Definitely will return!

Comfort is a non negotiable when selecting a dental office. The staff at RRD offered comfort and an overall top notch experience from the first phone call to the very end of my first visit. Scheduling was a beeeze and they managed to get me in within a couple of days of calling for an appointment. The paperwork process was very automated and easy to complete. Crystal is an amazing hygienist and quickly put my nerves at ease. Dr. David was very professional and warm natured. Maria was very easy to speak with and broke down the benefits in a digestible manner (this can get confusing). Thanks River Ranch Dental for a great experience!!

Dr. Rivers has earned a patient for life! A wonderful staff can make or break a doctor visit. Couple that with a dentist who, not only has a wonderful bedside manner but is also incredibly proficient at his craft. I can honestly say visiting the dentist will no longer be a source of anxiety. His hygienist is the first that did not have me coming up off the chair in pain and despite needing a couple fillings I walked out happy with the service and pain free! Great job sir! This is a great, friendly, very accommodating and helpful dental office. Dr Rivers is very nice and makes you feel at home. ( plus he is a great dentist! ) I walked in on a Monday morning at 9 am after spending a weekend of misery and they were so nice about getting me in ASAP! The staff was great and got me in quickly, took xrays, got me set up with my insurance and payment help, and Dr Rivers fixed a difficult problem and had me out in a matter of hours. I was so grateful and so glad I chose River Ranch Dental today! With all the options moving into Midlothian, I can vouch for Dr Rivers and his staff as first rate for you and your family.
