I cannot speak for everyone but my visits to Abbeville were great. I awoke in the middle of the night with terrible pain in my back teeth (wisdom teeth) it was bad enough I went to the ER. Later that morning I went to Abbeville with no appointment they were able to get me in and pull the tooth that morning. I have also had one three fillings and a routine cleaning and my out of pocket expenses have not exceeded $500. I initially went to Aspen Dental (before ER visit) about my wisdom teeth and some wearing on my front teeth. The dentist there told me I needed to have all four wisdom teeth pulled and crowns on my front teeth. And after a whole five minutes with the dentist they shuffled me to their finance department like I was trying to buy a car. Dr. Shar with Abbeville showed me my x-rays, answered all my questions, and told me I only needed one tooth pulled and fillings instead of crowns.

I went in for tooth pain was checked out and given a dental plan when i went in for the treatment the dentist told me that she could not install a crown that she would have to make a bridge so of course the price went up because of the miss diagnosis she discounted the procedure but they still billed my insurance for the whole amount. When i received my statement from the insurance i found out i was only suppose to pay 1800 and change but was charged at the office 2500.00 and now i cant get them to return my calls so that i can get reimbursed, also still feeling pain in the root canal that was performed and in the teeth that she ground down to fit that bridge which fits horrible and while working on my bridge she broke a drill in my mouth and cut my lip but did not report it to the owners or office manager and the office staff is very unprofessional while i was being treated other assistants would come and look at me like if i did something wrong and to get supplies for other treatment rooms i will never use this dentist again and would never recommend them to anyone beware of the dental group

I had root canal treatment there twice for one tooth two years ago and put a crown on it. First time doctor didn't do his job completely and he had to redo it after two weeks of pain. The doctor told me this tooth will work for you forever. After two years I have to extract it because he screwed up my tooth. My share was $900 out of my pocket with insurance and now I need to spend at least $2500 for extracting and implant my tooth. They just charge you and don't care about you at all. Doctors over there know nothing.
