Gentle, kind and understanding. I started to cry because I’m so scared of shots (that don’t go in the arm) and didn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed because they reassured me that it’s okay.

Terrible, terrible service. Their customer service is some of the worst. Were supposed to follow up for an EMERGENCY service and after a week never called, never answered or returned calls. More than a week and info wasn’t even entered, so they “couldn’t make or set an appointment”, went in person and they were “too busy to help” and never returned call afterwards after multiple attempts to reach them.

wait not ideal especially when you have a appt. Dr does not have a good bed side manner. nothing like the aspen I have visited in my home town. hygentisit was amazing.

My visit with Dr. Shingala was good. Needed to have a tooth extracted, cut from the bone and he did a good job. Took about 15 minutes after deadening the gum.

One of the dentists who works there is unprofessional. He jokes around with staff in front of the patients. He also misdiagnosed my fractured tooth. He told me he didn’t see a problem with it and talked down to me for my complaints of pain.
