I was extremely happy with Precious Smiles, Dr Chris was outstanding. He made sure that my son was comfortable, explaining what he was going to do, and was gentle. My son was terrified from previous dental experiences. Which resulted in him not taking care of his teeth as serious as he should. Dr Chris praised him and complimented him on brushing his teeth and that mean a lot to both of us. I didn't even have to remind him to brush before bed or this morning. Thank you Dr Chris and Dr Rose!

We were a walk in so we were expecting to sit a while before the dentist was available. To our surprise we were taken back rather quickly. They were very nice and very informative. My daughter had a little anxiety walking in but despite the circumstances she had a great visit.

I honestly wish there were more stars to give! Dr. Rose, Dr. Chris, and their staff did an awesome job of accommodating me for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I really do appreciate Precious Smiles Dentistry. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and nice. If you're having any type of dental problem I recommend you go see Dr. Chris, Dr. Rose and their staff, you will not be disappointed. Like I stated earlier, I wish there were more stars to give. I came to this office to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they didn’t put me under or give me any gas, or anything. During the extraction the doctor almost knocked out another tooth, which caused several of my teeth to move and shift. My bite is no longer the same and everything is very uncomfortable. Now I will have to get braces to fix this problem. AGAIN.
I came for 1 problem to be fixed and it’s caused a chain reaction of more very painful complications.

Heard great things about this place, however when I called to provide my insurance information prior to my apt the receptionist who answered (Melissa) was very rude and not willing to help me. I expressed to her THREE times that I needed to give her my ID # so I could know my copay or make sure i was covered. She just kept cutting me off and wanting to hang up. She was very unprofessional and needs better people skills.
