Best dentist office by far. It's very affordable. I love that they have a pediatric dentist, who is by the way amazing. All the staff were so helpful and nice. I also love that they accept every age group from babies to adults and can take care off all your dentistry needs in one office. Very comforting and refreshing. Not to mention the office is kept clean and the kids movie theater is awesome. Once the video game section is able to open, it will be even more amazing. Thank you for taking care of my little one and his teeth.

Took my kids for appointment and these employees are very welcoming and helpful. Specially Daisy, one of the treatment coordinators who took care of us and great attitude, she would be talking with my son to make him feel very comfortable and forget he was at the dentist. Very nice people and very clean. Will recommend to others.

By far the WORST experience ever. Let me just start off with the waiting time. It ridiculous!!! The waiting room is empty the only person there, idk what the issue would be. Anyhow, I used to love going to the dentist coming out with clean teeth after this place I hate it! The lady that cleans your teeth didn’t even floss spent 4 mins cleaning my teeth WOW I don’t recall the “Dentist” that helped me but she did a horrible job, didn’t walk me through the process just had me open my mouth, and went into town. She hurt me and I told her but she continued to do so. I had cavities so I was In there for fills. After my horrible experience I was in pain and Im no longer able to chew anything hard Doritos, corn nuts nothing hard or else It hurts! I called again to let them know they checked me and this other “Dentist” said the full is just a bit high he filed down supposedly and sent me out the door. I still have the same pain. Obviously the fill is not high something is not right I’ve had many cavities cause I love to eat candy and not once have I ever had this issue Let me just mentioned when I went to my second appointment I asked for that first “dentist” and she no longer worked there. I am so glad I didn’t take the time to take my children. Guys there’s better dentist out there I’ve gone to dentist in Mexico and they have done such a great job I am currently looking for a new dentist here in Odessa and carefully reading reviews. If I can rate them a -5 star I would!

5 stars doesn’t even do justice! This a wonderful office, from the reception to the doctor! Hands down the best office EVER. I highly recommend them. Super patient & so informative! They are so welcoming and we loved the MOVIE THEATER while we waited! The best part is that they cared about my daughter's birthday they went above and beyond got her cupcakes and the staff sang happy Birthday made our day super special.

My kids loved it and everyone is really nice and so helpful. The power was going off and on but everyone worked together and got the job done .

My wife brought my daughter here last week. The laundry list of things they said needed to be done wouldn't fit on only one page and they wanted over 2300 dollars for services. For example they said she needed 10 fillings amounting to over 1600 bucks! Seeing as we are self pay we decided to make sure these things needed to be done and got a second opinion. Well, I'm glad we did get that second opinion, turns out she only needs 2 fillings that will only cost about 79 dollars! That's a 1600 dollar difference!!! I swear these people are just out for money, technically if we were using insurance they would be billing them and us for services that aren't needed, which some people might call insurance fraud. Just the fact that they knew we were self paying for the appt and services makes me even more upset that they would recommend paying so much money for services that aren't needed. The new bill for total services from the other dentist office is about 250 bucks the total bill from rodeo came out to 2368 dollars. That's almost 10 times what we're paying! Will be seeing what I can do to report this fraudulent activity and if I were a prospective patient's parent reading this I would definitely go elsewhere for my child's dental care.

As soon as we walked in my son was comfortable & eased by the kid friendly atmosphere! It's like a movie theater & arcade with free games! The staff is so friendly & gentle! Update! Dr. Chen however is extremely rough! I have to have some fillings & I have never been man handled & put through hell... It felt like he was going to rip my face off, & didn't wait until I was numb then when I told him it hurt he asked me if it was in my head. Like really? My face was swollen for 3 days due to the pulling and yanking of my cheek.

Waited hours and hours for them to keep forgetting things. Brought my son for fillings and a cleaning and they forgot to clean his teeth when the dentist finally came in he cleaned maybe 3 teeth that had to most tartar and after this was done they never even put fluoride that my son needs for vitamins. I will not take my children here ever again!!!! Worst place in Odessa!

Such a great environment for all ages!!! The pediatric dentist is phenomenal with the kids. All the staff are very helpful! They made sure that the kids stayed in their comfort zone. I was also very pleased that all the specialist come to that office. We do not have to go all over to other dentist to get done what we need to get done!!! I highly recommend them, especially for kids with special needs!!!
