From the moment you step in the door until the moment you walk out, everyone you meet is kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the office is peaceful and happy. Due to past dental experiences, I went in petrified. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am completely satisfied my dental work and will refer anyone that ask about a dentist! I am so thankful I found Dr. Nugent and his wonderful staff!

The whole staff in awesome!!!! I was at ease not nervous. All the steps of my treatment were explained to me throughly. I loved my experience with Gale. She showed over and beyond concern for my comfort. Then after my treatment Dr. Wes called to check on me that evening. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Nugent came in just to say hi. Made me want to come back all the way from Poteet, Texas just 31/2 hours away. Thank you so much to everyone. Especially to Lisa Hokanson who introduce me to this wonderful dental office.

Today was my first time coming to this dentist office, and it was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly. They definitely know how to make you feel right at home. I came to Dr. Nugents practice in need of a lot of work. He and his staff sat down me and clearly explained what needed to be done and how to do about doing it. Additionally they played videos to let me know the state of my teeth and what option I had in front of me. The office is filled with numerous kind people who are sure to make you feel welcomed. I know there are various people who are afraid of dentists for a number of reason, but this dentist, and his staff, there should be nothing to fear.

Well, My middle son & I went back on 3.15.2017 and had a great visit with Polly, Rebecca, Dr. West Lisa & Eriyala. Every time that I go there we are always treated like family.

I have been using Dr. Nugent since he took over the practice from Dr. Campbell, several years ago. He and his staff are very personable and professional. They treat you like a personal friend . Dr. Nugent brought some of the newest dental technology to his practice and is very knowledgeable in how to use it. This technology includes being able to get a crown , from designing the shape and size of the tooth with digital imaging ( not the old way with a rubber type media ) , making the crown in the office , and having it permanently installed, all in one office visit of three hours, instead of a series if visits. Mine fit perfectly the first time .

My entire family sees Dr. Nugent. I love his office, his front office staff and all his hygienist. They are amazing with my 5 and 8 year old when cleaning. They like to go to the dentist when I tell them we are going. They are very honest and truly care about their patients. Dr. Nugent is our forever dentist

I had a 5 Star experience👍. The front desk staff is absolutely Awesome! The office is immaculate and the hygienist makes you feel very relaxed, not only did she do an an excellent job cleaning my teeth but also in educating me on the causes and prevention of gum disease. Her assistant was also very attentive to my needs making sure I was comfortable. The doc, well to say the least is "Awesome". He will NOT tell you need to have any work done unless you really do need it. This office is Unique. It truely deserves a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating.

Dr. Nugent and his staff are the most sincerely kind, caring, professional, and competent individuals. My experience with dentists and hygienists has been so negative that the mere task of having my teeth cleaned would bring on a severe anxiety attack.
