Dental Care of Plano

I arrived at my appointment with some trepidation, having never visited a dentist for actual dental work. I was having major pain due to a broken tooth. Dr Banerjee is very nice and easy to talk to. I appreciate that Dr B was able to see me on the same day due to my emergency toothache. I am really grateful that Dr B has extended hours. I appreciate how Dr B explained everything, answered all my questions, and, considering I was in for a tooth extraction, I am so glad that Dr B made it so much less of a painful process than I ever expected. I look forward to seeing the improvements he can make on my smile in the future.

Dr. Banerjee is an awesome dentist. He clearly knows what he's doing, and will answer any questions you have with infinite patience. Highly recommend if you want to know what's going on with your teeth and want immediate help.

I absolutely love this dentist! He is very accommodating and always does a great job of explaining what needs to be done. The service is always the best as well!! Highly recommend!

As a patient who was having a Great Anxiety about going to a dentist , Dr Banerjee and his staff made my experience very comfortable. He took the time to explain in detail all my dental issues , Xray findings and treatment plan he recommended. All my procedures until now have been smooth , pain free or with minimal pain . The office did get back to me Quickly when I had Questions about post op care . All in all ,the care I received from Dental Care of Plano was exceptional and very refreshing.

Dr Banerjee calmed my anxieties as not only a new patient, but also as a first timer getting dental work done. He explained all of my results, the three things I need done, broke down cost/priority to get those things done, and we decided on the first two priorities and following up with the third as I can afford it. So glad I trusted him and although I'm still numb, I'm already so much happier with my smile!

I’m very pleased with my experience with Dr. Banerjee at Dental Care of Plano. He made sure I was comfortable and explained my procedure before & after. He’s very knowledgeable & personable and I’m so glad to have found him for my dental care.

He seemed nice but I went in for a general teeth cleaning (that my insurance pays for). He pushed on me that I need to have my wisdom teeth removed when they aren’t causing any problems. He also stated he needed to numb my mouth with a needle for a general teeth cleaning??? I don’t understand that. He also mentioned braces (I’ve never had a dentist mention braces to me before). He never asked if I was okay with any of it he just told me that’s what he was doing (not okay!) It seems like he pushes extra procedures and things onto people so he can bill for them which means he gets paid more money. So since he wouldn’t clean my teeth where it was covered by insurance, I now have to find another dentist to do it. It was such a waste of time to go to this dentist! I advise against it since he didn’t seem to have his patients in mind, only his wallet.

Great experience this morning. No pressure and the Dentist does everything (X-rays, exam, and cleaning). They use digital X-rays which are much safer and ultrasonic cleaning. Much better experience than usual with other dentists.

I went to Dental Care of Plano, without having been there before, because of a "tooth emergency". (My insurance plan's directory listed it as being in my proximity). I booked an appointment online and was seen immediately.

The practice uses state of the art equipment and the friendly, professional manner of Dr. Banerjee quickly alleviated any anxiety I may have had in going to a dentist I did not know.
As important, the care given and the work done was excellent!

I have since shared my experience with friends and family and feel very fortunate in having a new dentist!

Best dentist experience ive ever had!!!!!!! Kindest and most caring dentist. Got a root canal and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!!
