Our Family of 5 have been going to The Plano Dentist for at least 10 years. We have never had any complaints,100% satisfied! There have even been a few emergencies and they have found a way to work us in. The staff has always been friendly and answered all questions. 5 stars for sure!

Don’t let the name fool you! This isn’t just a Plain ole dentist. Dr. Isabella Mejia & her staff are amazing. I’m so grateful I came across them while searching for a dentist. The Dentist office is honestly my least favorite thing in the world! She took as much time as needed to help me get my anxiety under control & you can really tell they care about their patients! If feels awesome to not feel like a number going into a doctor / dentist office.

These guys are absolutely incredible. I've had some pretty bad experiences with the Dentist in the past but these guys will go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and in absolutely no pain. They recommended me to an amazing Oral surgeon when I needed my wisdom teeth out and did fillings for me with no pain at all! I love these guys and they've renewed my hope for any dental treatment.

My experience has been excellent! Kenny took great care of me and made sure to explain in detail the process of everything she was doing to me and responded all my questions in an understandable and respectful way. Dr. Mejia also made sure to provide all the information I needed to know from this visit and the next. Clean environment and the front desk ladies were very friendly.

I could not be more pleased! I had been in the dental biz for 25 years, I know excellent patient service and how important it is that the doctor is approachable and patient. Dr. Mejia and her staff knocked it out of the ballpark! I am a terrible patient. I get anxious and tense when in the dental chair even though I know full well what they are doing and why. Dr. Mejia was patient, extremely gentle. Her tone of voice and facial expressions did not shift to that of annoyance to my anxiety. That is a rare find! She was honest and kind. The staff professional yet easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Mejia and her staff to help you take care of your oral health care needs.

I've been going to the Plano Dentist for about 10 years now. I just love the staff there. Desiree is always pleasant and courteous while taking care of my dental needs. I also have high praise for Dr Mejia. She makes stressful dental visits more relaxing with her cheerful personality and excellent dental practices. She has done several fillings for me and is always humming or singing while she works. It helps to distract me from what she is doing to me. Dr. Media and her staff are some of the best in the business. They make going to the dentist a wonderful experience. My children love them! They take a very personalized genuine approach to your well-being both on a professional and personal level. On a scale of 1 out of 10 they earn an 11. They are very honest and upfront from a financial aspect also, I never have to worry about them trying to up sell me like other dentist office. Very lovely people with your best interest at heart. Give them a chance and I can promise you they will be your dentist for life.

I had a bad experience in 2018 with slightly unfriendly staff (hygienists) that worked with me. I found out I had a Brain Tumor that Fall and had to wait two years before any dental treatments. I was apprehensive and the procedures I went through made me an anxious mess. Lol. I was welcomed by new people and they followed Covid procedures. Staff was upbeat and I had Mejia DDS this visit. I need a lot of work done so its comforting to find a good dentist.
