Appointment and check in process was great. X-ray and dentist exam was ok and Dr. Forster was friendly. waiting time for getting my tooth cleaned after exam was too long. After I rejected deep cleaning request (i explained i just had deep clean a few months ago and this time i just wanted to have regular cleaning), i was put in waiting for at least 30 minutes ! The hygienist finally came at 2 pm (I checked in at 12:20 pm for 12:30 pm appointment). the "cleaning" was done at 2:10pm, about 10 minutes !! the shortest i have ever experienced at any dental offices!!! the hygienist picked up a couple of tooth for a couple of minutes before polishing for another couple of minutes, not much different than tooth brushing with a electric tooth brush! not sure if it was because i turned down deep clean request (the price presented to me was $1436!). Very disappointed!!
