No complaints from this dental office! Great service from Dr B. His staff was welcoming, and the environment was as clean as can be. My wife and I are new to Prosper, and we are grateful to have found our dentist so quickly!

Great experience start to finish! Dr. B and (so sorry I can’t remember her name) his dental assistant were fantastic. Solomon, the office manager, is friendly, helpful and professional. The technology is top-notch and really upgrades the visit. Even X-rays aren’t a beating anymore. She was effective and efficient. I confess I had to have some stuff done and can even say the local anesthetic injections weren’t painful at all- get this: he has a warmer for the fluid so it doesn’t sting.
*** I am a self-employed cash patient and was blown away by their discounts for those without dental insurance! If you are also without insurance, go see them. I’ll bet they can work something out for you.

Dr. B is a fantastic dentist and Solomon at the front desk is a “salt of the earth” kind of person! I love going into their office because I’m always greeted with a smile and they provide fantastic dental care.

My wife and I recently moved from our dentist in Mckinney to Prosper Smile Studio, and we are so glad we did. Our old dentist tried to bill us for 3 fillings. However, Dr. Bertulfo told us that we only really needed 2. It is actually quite common in the dental industry for dentists to overcharge you for treatments that you don't actually need. With my old dentist, I could tell that they cared more about making money off of me as opposed to my actual well-being. That's why I am glad that I found a trustworthy dentist that genuinely cares.

I needed a cleaning and came across this new office. Salomon at the front was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Bertulfo’s assistant Jennifer was also super kind and very good at making me feel comfortable while doing the X-rays. This practice is amazing! My previous dentist couldn’t get me in for 10 days, despite having a lot of pain. Prosper Smile Studio got me in that morning! Dr. Bertulfo was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He prescribed things I realized I should have been prescribed with when I had the same problem in the past. He came up with a solid treatment plan and educated me more than any other dentist I’ve seen. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the exam, to the checkout, I was treated with amazing, sincere kindness and compassion. I cannot say enough about this incredible group. I was so happy, I left there with tears in my eyes. I have found my new dental team, and everyone knows that is not easy! Thank you Dr.B and team! I am so grateful to you all!!
