Good experience, Dr. Khimani was friendly and explained everything well. The only thing that was off-putting was that I had to hold the suction thing in my mouth while she cleaned my teeth, which seemed odd. But other than that it was a great experience and I didn’t have to wait too long to see the dentist. I was also able to schedule an appointment within less than a week. I love that she went through all of my X-rays with me, I’ve never had that experience before. I asked her about my concerns with my teeth being more yellow than normal recently, so she suggested the in office whitening (I’m going to have it done once I can afford it soon). But she was able to scrape off some of the yellow stains, which was wonderful.

Update: when I emailed their office to schedule the in-office teeth whitening, they never called me back. So I called a few days later, sat on hold for 8 minutes, finally someone answered and I told her what I needed. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes, came back and said she couldn’t schedule it but would have someone call me back shortly. Never heard back, so I called their office again the following week. Sat on hold for a few minutes; the person who answered said I must have gotten their answering service the previous week, and that’s why they couldn’t schedule an appointment for me. So we’ll see how the teeth whitening experience goes…

Never seen that much unskilled staff. These people don't know how to verify insurance information and calling and asking to e-check-in from the day make the appointment. Train these front desk people or replace with the proficient staff.

For the ppl searching desists around round rock: This is not the place for your dental appointments. Don't waste time setup appointments and waste your time in automated calls. Call your insurance and get the top ranked dentists, Not the place like this.

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and I had not gone for 5 years. But I had some dental issues and had to go. Round Rock Modern Dentistry was so cool to me about everything. Dr. Rhodes was super great and made me feel super comfortable. They are super flexible with scheduling and transparent with payment. They really care and they really give you the health care you need. Joey, the receptionist is great as well. He is always so helpful with scheduling and they are super flexible and try to be understanding. Roger was super great as well!!! He is the assistant and I was super scared on my first visit and Dr. Rhodes let me play music and Roger sang with me while they were working on my mouth. This place is amazing. 20 out of 10 would recommend.

I finally found an office that I am completely comfortable with!! I’ve struggle with fear from a previous experience and Dr Nguyen has helped me over come that! She is gentle, friendly and goes above and beyond! Her staff is equally fantastic! You won’t be disappointed!

The front desk staff, Alicia and Joey, are friendly and always helpful. Roger, one of the dental assistants is friendly and helps you to feel comfortable getting dental work done. Dr. Rhodes is kind and understanding and helps you find solutions when you are having problems with your teeth. I highly recommend this dental office! The hygienist is great too!!

I absolutely LOVE Round Rock Modern Dentistry. My fiancé and I recently visited the office to start back up getting our cleanings done, seeing that we hadn’t been in a couple years. All of the staff helped us out every step of the way! Dr. Nguyen was amazing, not only did she properly educate us on our dental hygiene but she also made us feel so comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful! Especially when it came down so doing the digital paperwork. Nelly was able to explain exactly what we needed to do. Our hygienist was super funny and got our cleanings done quick. I’m making this office our permanent dentist.

I had a great experience with everyone in the office. Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job and the assistant Roger was so sweet and nice. The lady at the front desk (sorry I didn't get her name) was so welcoming and nice. Everyone seemed to care about your needs and made you feel welcome and comfortable. I would refer them to anyone. Round Rock Modern Dentistry has by far the best staff I’ve ever met. Nelly and Alicia in the front will always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome, making you feel comfortable in the office whether it’s your first time there or as a returning patient. The dental assistants Nayely and Diana are always polite friendly, and make you feel like your dental concerns are really being addressed. The hygienist Nicole is by far the most cheerful person I’ve ever met. Whether you’re having a great day or an awful day, she’s sure to make you laugh at least once during your visit. And last but certainly not least, the dentists Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Rhodes provide the best dentistry I’ve ever seen. They consistently show genuine compassion and care for their patients, making you feel more like family than just another customer. If you’re considering this office for any kind of dental work, I cannot recommend it enough. The entire staff is incredible.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Nguyen for over 2 years now and have always had a great experience. They’ve always double checked if I was uncomfortable during procedures and show me the problem before trying to fix it. I don’t think I’d use any other dental professional unless Dr. Nguyen recommends them personally. Thanks for the years of good oral care and fixing my toothaches without trying to force me to do procedures when I’m not ready! Couldn’t be happier with the services by the whole staff, they're not perfect (nobody is), but it’s dang close!

Dr. Nguyen is a solid dentist. I’m sure her other dentist are good as well, but I always go with her because she makes me feel better despite my anxiety and bad nerves about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this place. Her assistants are great as well! In all out very group of people.
